Pearl of East — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I usually order my food from pearl of East but every time the man takes an order....he hangs the phone in the middle of my order. I call back he still hangs phone in the middle of my order. ..... I was trying to order Is a combination platter with Soup.... I tell him I don't want no pork in my rice in my rice and he insists that it comes with the pork...... I tell him again I Dont want pork in my rice and again he wants to have pork in my rice ... all I wanted was plain fried rice with my order..... Horrible Experience has a nasty attitude...........I've ordered plenty of times from here. They dont even tell you they ADD DELIVERY charge on your bill and I'm constantly giving a tip when they delivered ...when the ladies answered the phone they get my order correct...... but when ever the man answers he never get the order correct. He Insist on giving you what he wants you to eat, not what you want to eat. I will never order...

I HAD PLACED A ORDER ON FRIDAY AND MY CARD WAS DECLINED I SAID OKAY CANCEL MY ORDER INSTEAD THEY SENT IT TO ME ANYWAY AFTER I SAID TO CANCEL IT CAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE THE MONEY AT THE TIME... SO ON SATURDAY I CALLED BACK AND WAS TOLD THAT I HAD USE CASH AND WAS NO LONGER ABLE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD WITH THEM AND WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER THEY SENT ME UNDER COOKED FRENCH FRIES AND OVERCOOKED CHICKEN WINGS THAT WAS SO HARD YOU COULD KNOCK DOWN THE WALLS OF CHINA.. AND WHEN I TRIED NOTIFYING THEM THEY TURNED OFF THE PHONES I GUESS I'LL HAVE TO CONTACT THE PROPER AUTHORITY BECAUSE I DON'T THINK THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH THAT AND IF SO THEN I'LL JUST CONTACT MY LAWYERS AND SUE FOR PAIN AND SUFFERING SINCE MYY GUMS ARE CUT AND SWOLLEN DO TO...

I was at this restaurant two weeks ago and brought a large brown rice and gray at the cost of $5.00 . The cost was fine and the food was good. I returned today for the same order. The counter person went into the refrigerator pulled a container that was already made ask me to take a seat ,saying the order will be ready in five minutes.She placed the container in the microwave. Don't trust these people and if you do watch them prepare your food. I cancelled my order ,because ther rice and gravy is already made up. She was microwaving left over rice ,or a order that was returned and refrigerated instead of giving me fresh brown rice. That's...
