Of course, when I went through the trouble of waiting on customer support phone line, and was assured there were no issues with the returns I'd requested, the 'team lead' made a đ and looked the other way while I explained, ending with me asking âdo you have any advice on what to doâ. She turned to face me and said "I'm going to try to find someone else to help you." She had no issue smiling and shaking her head no when she thought she was right, even though I had explained that the funds were all I could get access to at the moment and was financially in a terrible place.
How is that something worth smiling about? And why did the "policy" to smile at all times disappear when I did what I was asked, called customer service, who contradicted your store's refusal?
All three women who were involved with my return were equal parts the worst in-store experience I have ever had in my life: that includes getting caught stealing beanies and socks from JC Penny at age 14. This isn't the place to hash out all details, but they need to just look at themselves. That's all.
Your time in the store is not well-spent treating me like I am worthless. Target does not care about you, and your identity is not threatened if you were unaware of the nuances of return policy. I don't know if it is because I had a cheek bandage, or because of something identity related, but I know that nothing I did warranted the rudeness, which was thorough and constant from the beginning- ending with the return being processed with no eye contact, and being told "you're done". It was beyond the pale.

Read moreThe intention is admirable: a Target, albeit a mini-one, for city dwellers who donât have a car or access to one in order to drive to a regular sized store. The execution: well, thatâs another story. Do not come here expecting any resemblance to a regular Target. Trying to squeeze as many of the regular departments into a space this small is an exercise in futility. I suppose they do their best but it really is tiny, so what is chosen to be in stock tends to go quickly or not enough of the item(s) are ordered in the first place. Customer service is hit or miss. Iâve experienced both and have also only ever gone during off hours, and it can seem crowded even then, so I imagine when itâs legitimately busy youâll be squeezing past a lot of people/merchandise/shelf stockers. Ultimately, if possible, and Target is your preferred store in that retail category, drive (if you own or have access to a car) or pay for a CarShare/Zipcar and head across the BF Bridge to the Target across from the Cherry Hill mall. If another $10-$20 for the extra CarShare time isnât an issue, drive to one of the myriad suburban Targets to get your fill. Itâs ultimately worth foregoing the frustration youâll feel dealing with this...
Read moreWhoever that bald Secruity is who was closing December 23rd is rude. I came to your store doing to uber eats orders I understand it was close to closing but the amount of items purchased is not in my control. Your store was also out of bags ok I get it fine but I had my uncle pull the car up since we had 2 orders and no bags to put them in. I asked if it was possible to use the basket and got right outside the door where I would be in plain sight of the security he proceeds to tell me no, ok fine so I start taking the items one by one out the basket he then rushes me and proceeds to put the basket outside and the customers items on the ground. And says I would tell you to have a good holiday but Iâm not. I honestly didnât care either way you couldâve just kept quiet. Horrible customer service if youâre miserable find a new job. Like I said I get you were closing but this was an order not personal and because of the lack of bags an exception should been made since I was literally going outside your doors at the curb to load the items and i was right in view of...
