Absolutely horrible absolutely horrible horrible horrible maybe at one time they were good maybe but for them to be as professional as they claim and literally not be able to find a speeding person flying down the street on one of the street cams and then on top of that get me all hyped that they're going to help me and then tell me they're not after making me go to all these doctors that I cannot pay for then on top of that asking me if I know anyone with insurance that they can sue I'm pretty sure that is fraud and I am pretty sure that someone on a bicycle does not need insurance if someone runs them over and goes up on the pavement and rides over them there is something called the hit and run fund which covers medical costs and a lot of other things and then you even get compensated for a lot of horrible things that have happened to you when someone speaks so far down the street while you are on the pavement and slams into you knocking your backbone out of place making you get a concussion where you sleep for 14 hours and all Morgan and Morgan has to say is I'm sorry that this had to happen to you? No no you're not for the underdog because I am the underdog I was hit by a tractor trailer who did the same thing because he couldn't drive and was probably meth up for 3 days and then went on the pavement and hit me about a year ago and no lawyer wanted to help me there either it's pathetic that there is a fund that taxpayers yes we taxpayers that work we pay for this fund for people who are hit and runs and we are supposed to be able to get money for this so that we can get medical help psychiatric help whatever we need I had a concussion for 14 hours and went right to sleep I did not know I thought you could sleep with a concussion because of a new thing that I saw in an in a paper that said it's better to sleep it concussion off but it really disappointed me because when I heard the story of Morgan & Morgan and why he is for the underdog I said wow we have a lot in common because if I could have went back and became a lawyer that's why I would defend people because a family member of mine was done wrongly and it's so messed up that they give me this girl who has no idea what she's talking about and totally about four or five times forgot what I told her and the lawyer never called except to tell me that they couldn't use me and that they were dropping me that's the only time I ever spoke to the lawyer they gave me this is another reason why the rich get rich and the poorer because no this is not acceptable this is not acceptable and I hope that many people read this some of you may have had some great experiences and more power to you I'm glad for you and God bless but when a lawyer has to do a little bit of work and they drop you because they don't feel like doing it that's really messed up because that's what they're getting paid hundreds of thousands of dollars for and that's just messed up it's bad enough we have to give you almost 50% of whatever we get put on top of that you don't even want to do your job so I don't know if I'll change anyone's Minds but I know I'm going to speak mine and that's all that matters and the Fifth Amendment states that I have the right to speak my mind by the way I am United States veteran I went to war for this country I gave up my life for this country I signed over my life thank God I didn't have to die for this country because nobody takes care of their veterans I have never seen one state yet that takes care of their vets and you would think that maybe being a veteran they have a little bit of a heart and say well this person did go to battle so that we can have freedom even though it's not really free, but it's a lot more free than the rest of the world let me tell you that and it's so messed up that we get...

Terrible service. Waste of time. My boyfriend was locked up, and got injured in a car accident while being transported to a doctor’s appointment by the county jail. Morgan and Morgan agreed to take his case, wasted over an hour of our lives talking on the phone about all the details, assigned us a case manager (Gerry Sosa), and then we never heard from them again, despite my boyfriend’s case supposedly being escalated to Gerry as a priority. I attempted to reach out to Morgan and Morgan and Gerry Sosa multiple times and never heard back from anyone. NO COMMUNICATION, NO RESPONSES, nothing!!! If they decided not to take the case after all, why not just say that??! Extremely unprofessional to just ignore people after telling them you’re their case manager and that their case is a priority. I honestly can’t believe we STILL never got any kind of response at all. I’d give 0 stars if I could. I have screenshots of our convos to prove how unprofessional and shady this law firm is. Want to know the craziest part? Our case manager told me to forge my boyfriends signature on the contract so they could immediately start working on our case. In the contract, it mentions that if we ever have another law firm take this case, Morgan and Morgan is entitled to a percentage of the winnings. So here’s my theory, they get people to sign that contract, then purposely ignore the person so that the person decides to find a different law firm. That way, when the new law firm wins, Morgan and Morgan gets paid despite never lifting a finger or doing anything at all to make them deserving of that money. Too bad I got proof that my boyfriend never signed anything from them, and proof that the case manager told me that I could just claim my boyfriend signed it on my phone or something during visitation....

After you are injured and had a lost of property, which in my case my car was totaled. I called Morgan And Morgan And thought it was gonna go as the commercial where the interest was going to be on my pain and my loss it was the exact opposite. Here is my process. When you call You will talk to 2A intake specialist their job is to get you committed. They’re not worrying about suffering on your pain. They worry about you signing a contract so you can’t talk to any other lawyers once you’ve done that they hand you over to a case manager the case manager‘s job is to get all your personal information. What happened at the time of the injury And to also secure You for which ever lawyer that may be coming out of litigation. Sometimes litigation can take up to 2 to 3 weeks. It’s been Two weeks since I spoke to a case manager, and I still haven’t spoken to a lawyer. The case manager rarely takes my phone calls. She sent me to voicemail a few times and it always never personable.. I am set to call the law firm today which at any time you can fire your lawyers and I recommend if you haven’t talked to Lawyer within a week of any injury they should not be your law firm that represents you.. in my case, I had a car accident my lawyer is responsible for getting me to pain management and also physical therapy getting in contact with the police department as well as letting me know what steps to take next if your insurance is not on your side and your lawyer is not on your side how would you feel if you were injured in an accident with this type of representation Morgan and Morgan and the commercials especially the ones in our video is a complete joke.
