OVERDUE REVIEW...I can’t even fathom how great the service was and how much they’ve helped me with my MacBook Air issue. I’ve been in battle with Apple and other service providers about a firmware lock issue I had on my refurbished 2013 MacBook Air for about 3 years. The issue was I was in the middle of an update where my laptop had crashed unexpectedly and resulted in a startup error where it would crash every time it loaded. This led to a reset being possible through Apple however there was firmware lock that I had no idea about. Apple said unless I had original proof of purchase or knew that password there was nothing they could do :(. What really sucks is I had the computer for 2 years at that point and no contact with the college prep program that gave it to me for completing the program. So I went the route of try other providers that were connected to Apple and they said there was nothing they could do. I didn’t want to lose out because I don’t have the money for the cost of a whole new MacBook so I gave up. Then earlier this year I came across Eazy computers, and explained my issue to Charlie and he took with no problem and good price for computer that was looked as old and done for. Within 4 days I picked up my MacBook and it was back online...unfortunately I lost old things because the data was corrupted. I didn’t mind because the most important thing was I got my laptop back and honestly don’t remember what those included anyway lol. They also have items in store available such as accessories,refurbished computers, and unlocked phones for good prices. Highly recommend they are 100% honest and responsive with their services. These guys are LITERALLLY the best that i've ever came across!! On TWO separate occassions, they were able to help me, when NO ONE ELSE did/ could. First time, I was having trouble with my laptop, repeatedly turning off after I turn it on for a few minutes, and turned off even faster once I started watching videos online. Was having that problem for OVER A YEAR, even took it to MULTIPLE other people, to get fixed, and they all gave me bad advice, charged me to fix it, but never fixed the actual problem. When i came to Eazy Computers..they FINALLY, knew what the problem is, and I had it fixed. I was cotemplating spending 6 to 8 hundred dollars on a whole new laptop (which I was dreading because i can NOT afford that right now lol), and they saved me, for much MUCH less than that.

And now in recent time, I mistakenly formatted a USB drive that I had, thinking that I was formatting ANOTHER USB, and didn't find out until it was too late. I called EAZY COMPUTERS to ask them what they thought my best options would be. They informed me that they don't do USB recovery, but they gave me some EXTREMELY helpful information and directed me in the direction that I should go, to recover my formatted/ messed up USB drive (mind you, the information on there LITERALLY has my whole FUTURE on there.....LITERALLY, and the info can not be duplicated or remembered). I usually do not write reviews because I generally forget to. But this place is so beyond wonderful I’m writing this as soon as I got home! I came here to get my cracked iPad screen fixed. I called ahead of time to get an estimate for pricing and the woman I spoke with on the phone gave me a great understanding for how much it would be and the timeframe. The prices here are incredibly fair and competitive in the market. If you choose to go to Apple they will no doubt charge you twice the amount. Anyway, I dropped off my iPad, it was the same price I was quoted over the phone and was told it will take about 3 hours. I went out to dinner and received a call to pick up my iPad. It was completely fixed and and no additional charges were added. When I got home I realized there were a few dead spots on my iPad that were not there before. I called the store the next morning and I was told to drop off my iPad and they would fix it no charge! Again I dropped off my iPad and the owner was so friendly and accommodating. I came back and he showed me that the screen was completely fixed with no dead spots and also assured me that if there were any other issues I had a 30 day warranty to come back!
