The Discovery Center — Local services in Philadelphia

I love everything about this place the information center inside that tells you about all the animals in the area. The trail is awesome because its things to do along the way. Its pretty much alot of shade. You hear the bullfrogs, see all types of birds, the scenery is AMAZING looking over the water. They have a small dock there you can use to look into the water. Very disappointed. The Discovery Center itself was nice, but very small. Some nice views from the center, but I had higher expectations for the trail. The trail still has a fence and barbed wire separating you from the reservoir. Since you can't approach the reservoir, trees block any possible view of the water or seeing water fowl on the reservoir most of the time. The boardwalk over the water was closed.
