Streets of New York — Restaurant in Phoenix

Came here today with a friend.Have ordered from streets of New York multiple times in the past and it has been great!unfortunately tonight it was horrible. Throughout the dinner we were swarmed with flies there must have been 20+ on our side of the restaurant . Waving them off constantly while we were there was quite the ordeal.The new menu item the big motzerella sticks were like they were shoved into a microwave for 2 minutes, they tasted horrible and could not be picked up without leaving half the stick behind in the basket I ended up just covering them in marinara sauce and giving up on them. The pizza was meh.Fell apart and drooped toppings everywhere even though there wasnt that much on the pizza.Wasn't good but wasn't bad.The wings were fine, not good but not bad.Our server was wonderful!She made sure our drinks were always full and did her job perfectly! However When I called to complain a little bit ago I was told that they did not notice the onslaught of flies which I find VERY hard to believe. We were waving them off every few seconds.I was asked why I did not complain in person, I wish I said something while we were dining at the time but I am a extremely non confrontational person and that's on me.I was too shocked at the time and had to digest everything on the car ride home where I kept thinking what the heck just happened. If I could give the atmosphere...

Thanks for the disgusting hair? in all the wings.

After we received the disgusting wings I contacted the streets of New York pizza Cactus and 32nd in Phoenix. And explained there was hair in the wings. Basically it looks like it fell on the floor. But I was told it's feathers.....

Anyhow, I explained I'd like my chicken without hair OR feathers and they said this is how streets of New York does it. All their wings will have this and to Eat the feathers. Not kidding.

They did end up refunding the wings but not the pizza. Thanks for ruining the meal. Like we can eat the pizza after seeing this. My wife literally vomited after we found all the wings have this. And I felt sick the rest of the night.

I would love to bring these wings back to them and watch them enjoy eating it.

Anyhow, according to them, expect to have your wings look like this and enjoy if going to streets of New York pizza. Yum

Used to like this place but will...

Just go to Olive Garden. We've been coming here for years, this is by far the worst location. The food has been getting lower in quality, and higher in price for years. The spaghetti tastes like straight up canned tomato puree, the alfredo is okay. The worst part is the service is horrible. Last time we ordered delivery they messed up the order. This time they messed up our pickup order, twice. They gave us the wrong one first, then when we picked up our food again they left out a dish. May I quote "oh I checked it this time". I've truly seen better employees in the burger king drive through in the middle of the night. It took us over an hour to receive our cold, mediocre, Americanized Italian food. The only thing Streets of New York has left for it is their long time family name- which doesn't make my food...
