RACIST LADY AT DRIVE THRU THREATENED TO CALL THE COPS ON ME!!!

THE DRIVE THRU LADY W BIG FAKE LASHES WAS SOOO RACIST AND RUDE!! I went here yesterday for lunch break bc I was at work. I ordered cheese quesadillas and I have not been to a Filiberto’s since probably covid. I got the window and paid for the food. I asked the rude lady if they had ranch and guac and as I was asking the question she closed the window on my face. Mind you, while she was taking my order and serving me, she ALREADY had such a nasty attitude. I ignored it bc I understand life is hard and people go through things. I waited about 2 mins for her to come back and she came back with more attitude. I told her it was rude to close the window in my face as I was still asking her if I can order ranch and guac. I told her I understand you might be going thru something but it’s not nice to treat people that way. She escalated the situation and she THREATENED to call the cops on me and kept cutting me off. I ordered food and clearly labeled I had an allergy … the person I called at the store was rude. All I asked was her to take down my information so when the manager gets back to have them contact me about a refund. She kept telling me “I’m a regular employee I can’t do refunds” I understood that I just wanted to speak to a manager whenever they come in. I work in customer service I know exactly what food protocols they should be following and they are not. She was so incredibly rude I will never be coming back ever again she was so impatient interrupting me whenever I was trying to speak. Store doesn’t follow allergen protocols at all. The girls were not friendly, but this young generation tends to not know how to interact with other humans. They literally gave me a salsa cup (2tbs) of beef and charge me $4 for it! Every other location when I tell them I would like a side of beef for my dog. They give me a small styrofoam cup full of meat. I ordered 2 Tostada Thursday specials & a side of beef for my dog. I was given this tiny little salsa cup and 2 Tostadas for $9.50! On a Tostada special day! I've never been charged $4 for a side of meat and I've never been given this small of a cup.
