I came in at 7:32 pm easter sunday i asked for some cookies freshly preferred the crew had a nasty attitude said they are NOT making any cookies because the oven was off and it would take 10mins to heat up and 3 mins to bake the cookies you close at 8 pm and i come in at 7:32 gives you enough time to preheat the oven and make the cookies enough time to even leave on time. though you close at 8 i don't appreciate the disrespect i thought it was uncalled for even though i was being VERY nice they still refuse to help a customer 30 mins until you close i come for 12 cookies daily..i am a LOYAL customer but if this is how you treat your LOYAL customers ill go elsewhere with my money its 7:55 now and i have to go out of my way to 16 st and thomas wasting gas because your employees refuse to do their job for the remaining 30 mins of their shift.. Read moreThe staff at this particular location could use some retraining... I’ll usually go to a different location a little further because of a few issues.. First time visiting this location the employee was using his cellular device and placing it on the counter where the subs are prepared. I purchased the sandwich, but didn’t eat it..So i avoided this location for about a year. The past few time i went in i had to request for the young lady to not cut my sandwich with the same knife she cut my other sandwich with because i allergic to seafood, i thought this was the was it’s supposed to be anyway. So today i went in again and had to catch her again only for her to get a attitude.... CROSS CONTAMINATION.... I called the store and told them please do not take the sandwich, the girl on the phone told me, I have to cancel it in my app and hanged up. I tried one more time and I realized that she lied. So i called again and they didn't answer the phone again. I'm pretty sure it was on purpose. But I have to tell you 15.00$ it's not that much to ruin your reputation.
