Physician Assistant Meghan Ahmed has absolutely zero compassion with patients, and is truly unkind. In fact, during my numerous phone complaints, her peers confirmed that she consistently has complaints and that they also agreed that she is rude, challenging to work with, and incompatible with many patients due to her negative and abrupt energy. Perhaps she should not have chosen this as a career.

In my opinion, Mrs. Ahmed is not suitable to care for patients, as she is very argumentative, lacks empathy, is blatantly inconsiderate of health conditions and illness, is disrespectful, dishonest and falls short in many ways. She will say anything to shift the blame of her lack of follow up and duties. She makes me feel quite uncomfortable, unheard, uncared for; and, in fact, causes me great anxiety each time I’ve seen her. She challenges the documented health conditions of patients, refuses to acknowledge urgent concerns and degrades patients.

Most patients that seek care at this clinic, have in fact began seeking out Nurse Practitioner Anne Donos for their care (and avoiding Megan Ahmed), and choosing to share their frustrations regarding Mrs. Ahmed, with other staff members. This clinic is beginning to feel drama filled, as, with my point of view obtained from short conversations, it’s clear no one appreciates working with Mrs. Ahmed and they are okay with sharing that at any point of conversation.

I am disappointed with the care I receive from her, as her patient approach is overwhelmingly harsh. I have decided after today, that I will never seek care from her again, and I am disappointed that I continued to see her, giving her the benefit of the doubt. Yet, it’s clear now, it’s not just her having a bad day. This is who she seems to be. From my experience, an uncaring healthcare provider that may have chosen a career based on income. She should be reported for her lack of professionalism and concern for the people she serves as their health care provider.

Seeking care from her will cause patients even more health issues, including depression, anxiety and trauma.

It’s unfortunate that she is not reported to a higher authority. She has a tremendous amount of complaints. It’s really bad when people in the lobby complain about her.

Perhaps I will seek out the information to do so. What a terrible healthcare provider.

I have been a customer of this clinic for a number of years and until this year, have had only great things to say. Mostly I go to the office for an annual well woman exam which is included in the premium and therefore no charge. This year was different. I received a bill and couldn't understand why. Since August I have been trying to get some clarity; what was different about this year's visit to any other year. Since receiving the invoice I have sent three messages through the web portal and left three voicemails in the office. I have called billing and customer service. I even went to the medical office on one occasion and left with a visit summary that did not help me understand why I was charged this year. Eventually, I disputed the invoice, which put an end to the almost daily reminders and forgot about it until last week when I received an email with an invoice (still no explanation). I feel like I have been ignored as a customer and bullied into paying something, just to maintain a good credit score. William J.B. Mattingly & his staff are complete trash!! Absolutely careless and act nothing but like a mechanic who’s working with a lifeless car or changing some oil for “ANOTHER” car. I took an appointment the day before because I am having a condition thats v concerning for the first time and dont know the cause, i took an appointment at 7 am the following morning. I get to the plaza, drive around for a few minutes to find the suite nbr bcz THEY ARE NOT clear. Found it, parked went in exactly at 7:10!!! Afterthe front desk checked me in she went inside asked the dr & his staff and they said she cant come in anymore its past the threshold time. Mind you it was 7:13 at that time which THEY NEVER EVEN told me its a 10 mn grace period when i called to schedule. The front office lady that was communicating with me acted extremely Carlos and dismissive at best. Again, just another one for them and who cares!! I told her am not able to come in another time and i was here within the grace period and I wasn’t told the grace period when i called.
