I would rate this Bashas ZERO stars if I could due to their customer service. Customers WILL NEVER be right or first in this store. I will never visit this store again. I really would not make a big deal about something so small but when financial issues have you down, a little can make a difference. So I visited this store on a Friday...got a few items...did not think to check my bags before leaving store. My son puts away the food when I get home. So still not aware until come 2 days later when I was going to make what I bought and IT WAS NOT THERE. I distinctly remember taking only 2 bags from the cart. I tried and tried to see if the manager would be able to help me out. I was told to speak to the director of the store but even she did not want to help me out. I was just told over and over that they have video of the cashier putting 3 bags in my cart and me walking out with it. Can you show me that video?? NOPE...they said they are not able to. Could they be looking at someone else not me? I wouldn't know. So from leaving the checkout to my vehicle, I somehow had 3 bags knowing I handed only 2 bags to a family member. I must be going senile and deaf not to hear anything if I dropped a bag in the parking lot. Prove to me that I'm going crazy. If I could've viewed that video and saw what they're telling me was true then I apologize for my "going crazy" self. I guess I lost out, my luck. Going to have to check my bags from now on. My word fell on deaf ears. Go to Fry's people, I'm sure they would've handled this situation differently. No more...

There is an older male employee at this location who clearly feels emboldened to harass customers over their clothing, specifically targeting those who wear Black Lives Matter T-shirts. This is not only inappropriate and unprofessional, itâs racist, and it creates a hostile environment for paying customers.
Let me be very clear: Wearing a BLM shirt is not an invitation for political commentary or hateful behavior, especially not from staff who are supposed to represent the values of the store. The fact that this kind of behavior is tolerated suggests either a lack of training, a lack of oversight, or worse, a shared mindset.
This countryâs political climate is already toxic enough. The last thing anyone needs is to be treated like trash while grocery shopping because some employee thinks Donald Trump being in office gives them the right to spew hate. Newsflash, it doesnât.
I will not be returning to this location until this employee is held accountable and management takes visible steps to ensure that this store is a safe and respectful space for all...
Read moreRick claims to be the store manager and if true, it's very unfortunate. he was extremely rude, had absolutely horrible customer service and did nothing to attempt to rectify the situation. I called several days last week only to be told they didn't have their big green bissell carpet cleaner available. i call today and speak to someone & after several runs back and forth (to confirm avail, price, ect w her superior) and being put on hold she tells me they are available for rent. I'm stoked and head immediately to the store only to be treated poorly and told customer service is closed and come back tomarrow. Such a joke not to mention waste of time. yhis would have been useful information to have when i called and spoke with them 10 minutes prior. Rick clearly did not want to deal with it (if he is really the store manager he could have rang me up) and made no effort to even appear apologetic or understanding and acknowledge the serious inconvenience they caused me. Needless to say, I won't be...
