Bee Sweet Blooms — Local services in Phoenix

I have given the shop ample opportunity to address this issue but it has not been resolved so I feel the need to share my experience. I recently ordered a standard bouquet for my mother’s birthday, selecting a rubies/red palette to honor her favorite colors. Unfortunately, the arrangement delivered was quite disappointing. It felt like a repurposed holiday bouquet with an excessive amount of evergreen greenery, droopy purple flowers, only a few red flowers (2 amaryllis and 1 rose), and a red wooden spiral centerpiece that was shaped like a Christmas tree – hardly appropriate for a January birthday celebration. When I shared my concerns with the shop, I was surprised by the response. Rather than acknowledging the issues, she implied that choosing the $55 bouquet meant I shouldn’t expect much. I referenced the photo examples of her standard bouquets on her website, which showcased beautiful arrangements, but what my mom received didn’t come close to matching that quality. While she did refund my tip, there was no accountability for the design choices, which felt dismissive and frustrating. I appreciate the effort to use seasonal and locally sourced materials, but it came across as though the shop was trying to use up leftover holiday decorations instead of creating a one of a kind arrangement for my mother’s birthday. Early January birthdays often get overshadowed by the holidays, so I can only imagine how disappointing this must have felt for my mom. I love this shop!!! The flowers are GORGEOUS - I've got flowers for birthdays, special occasions and even bought nice flowers from Bee Sweet in the middle of the week just because! We were especially grateful to Bee Sweet Blooms for providing beautiful dried flower bouquets during a memorial last summer - we still have that dried bouquet hanging in our house, and it reminds of us the beauty that can come out of even the most painful moments.

Aside from flowers, Bee Sweet stocks a nice selection of treats - like little chocolate, local handmade art, and more - so you can get everything you need here.
