United States Postal Service — Local services in Phoenix

It’s been 3 years and we’ve had multiple misplaced packages. Just put in the wrong POBox. One of my packages was put in my fathers POBox because the employees didn’t bother looking at the number but just the last name. Fortunately I got that package from my parents but several others never got to me because they were “mis-delivered” and “hopefully they return it”. I’ve also received wrong packages from other POboxes that I had to return to the front counter for them to try again. Not sure why matching names and numbers...

Someone has decided that all people should only be able to get their mail between 9:30 and 5:00 Monday through Friday and lock the post office up all other times this is crazy I went to try to get the mail delivered to my house and have been waiting for 2 weeks for someone to get back to me on that process. When you call them the phone just rings off the hook so you're only option is to take off work during normal working hours and head in there and try and talk to someone this...
