We've been buying Omaha Steaks for the last few years and I decided on a whim let's try a local butcher and compare/see how this works out. I did some research, looked at other meat delivery services, looked at other butchers in the valley, and even though this location is on the other side of the valley for me I really liked their website and the reviews I read.

They have a nice little hook on their website currently (may not last) for 20x 4oz filet mignons for $120, that seemed like a good deal to me. I also picked up some other items while there, wagyu beef patties, chicken breasts, and a couple of their cooler drinks (Orange drink and a Butterscotch Root Beer - both delicious).

They are opening a location in Gilbert, which seems like great timing to me that I found them and were able to give them a shot. They provided information/tips on how to cook, and they talked with my father on information - they were very friendly and professional.

Seen this butcher opened up near my home, so I stopped by and grabbed a good selection of meat for the week. The gentleman working was very kind and helpful with suggestions. So far everything has been delicious. They have a lot of fun other products like condiments and such, so I grabbed a Chipotle peanut butter to try and made Chipotle pb bacon bison burgers for dinner and they were absolutely amazing. Came in for the Filet & Surf and Turf deals, and not only were we treated wonderfully at the Gilbert location, and got a great deal – we were BLOWN AWAY by the meat quality! Super tender and flavorful, and bought them for other friends as well who share the same thoughts. Although they are small, they are mighty and you can always eat 2 at a sitting if you prefer.
