Salad and Go — Restaurant in Phoenix

Update: Their response team responded promptly but their email was tagged as spam and I never saw it until the owner alerted me. A voucher was offered to be used at any of their locations to which I still asked for a refund given that I don't live in the area where one is located. Updating rating to 3 stars and would consider returning if I was near a location for a better overall experience.

Original: We ordered two salads. I had a Buffalo chicken salad which was absolutely amazing. If the next two issues weren’t present they would have received 5 stars.

Issue 1: In our second salad, there was a ladybug. Now, I understand that things happen and they have a questions and concerns area where you can submit your critical feedback and receive a response in 24 hours (so they say). Which leads to:

Issue 2: submitted the feedback with details, a copy of the receipt and a photo of the salad and ladybug and more than 48 hours have passed and we haven’t gotten any feedback.

Needless to say, we didn’t eat the salad with the ladybug. And since ladybugs are considered good luck, maybe something will come of it in the future?

Any who, won’t be returning to this or any of their locations due to quality and service.

Can I just say I LOVE this place. Not only is it fresh, healthy and organic. It's so quick and so delicious. Ive only gotten one type of salad from there because that one salad is so damn good. I cant wait to try more. The service - the girls there (cave creek and rose garden) are so sweet and friendly. I've been there 2 times when they didnt have the tofu (which is so yummy with their marinade) and one time they added another protein free of charge and the second time comped the whole salad. What?! I was so shocked I didn't even have cash in hang to tip them. I felt so bad and so excited at the same time. I don't go places for free food, I go places for good food and service. You see these girl's faces for less than a minute (bc it's so quick) and still can see how great they are. Why are there not more of these places?? People need to embrace fast food salad that is actually delish- and great portions. I cant eat the whole thing in one sitting (ok, I can, but try not to). Try this place, keep business going, I would hate to lose a place like this. oh, lemonade is amazing too. I can't wait to try the other salads, smoothies, and breakfast!! I'm drooling just...

This is usually our go to place for breakfast and we love it. But today at this location I was in line for about 15 mins before 11 (which is when breakfast ends). The line in the drive thru seemed to be moving super slow. I saw a guy at the walk up window so I decided to try and order at the window before time expired for breakfast. The guy in front of me ordered his breakfast burritos and got them in a time efficient manner. Then I didn’t see another employee until 4 mins after 11 and he tells me breakfast has ended and I can’t order breakfast. Granted, I know it’s after 11 however the guy before me just ordered and received his order. Just seemed a little unfair when he saw that I was waiting behind the guy who got his breakfast burritos. Just the principle of the issue. The employee saw that I was in line and could have easily asked if I wanted breakfast. So don’t plan on having a grace period of 5 mins after 11 if you want breakfast. They don’t care about if you were in line before the...
