I took my daughter to get her eyebrows and lip waxed. The older lady that helped us (they only have 2 people who provide waxing services here) did a very poor job. She didn't prep the skin or hair at all. She went straight in with wax. Only made one pass and didn't bother to go back and get what she missed/what the wax didn't grab. Then afterwards when I was looking at her face after she sat up, she told me "what are you looking for? It's pretty you're looking for problems "

There was still quite a bit of hair next to her left eyebrow that got missed and now looks like a secluded patch of hair.

She didn't get close enough to the tails of the eyebrows so they are quite thick still. Which I asked her to take a little more hair off of, but she just said oh no it's pretty.

The middle is done crooked and still has several hairs.

On her right brow, there are hairs missed under brow at the start of the brow. That stick out like a sore thumb.

My daughter asked her to trim her the brows afterwards, and she trimmed literally like 5 hairs.

All around the waxing job looks messy and rushed.

Which it was, because she walked out of there to leave right after we did. And I understand if she's scheduled to leave at that time that's fine, they could have simply told us their waxer was on her way out. We would have happily come back tomorrow. But if she chose to still perform the wax, she could have at least spared 5 more minutes to do it correctly.

I'm honestly so disappointed. We will not be returning for any services in the future. Which is really too bad because me and my daughter both get several services done regularly and this salon is a 60 second drive...

Feeling some type of way! So I went to the shop today to get a pedicure there were several options that you could take I got the most expensive option for the pedicure which included a design on your toenails I can't complain, the lady that did the pedicure was great she was gentle when she clipped my cuticles I really like that I did not have one cut and one Sharp stick nothing she was great kudos to her.my complaint came when I read all of the details I suggest you read all of the details the details. My pedicure included a design on my toe when it came to the design, they told me no you have to pay extra for that I was like no that's not what it's said, they said oh the design is for the baby, it's the baby, I said no that's not what it's said so then I said let me talk to the lady that told you that she comes out, tells me no it's for the baby I said no that is not what it said, now I'm feeling some type of way, because I am a black woman and as I looked around the shop I saw the majority black women and then she said oh, she read over it, did not want to give me that little ugly design but she had to because there it was in black and white, then she said oh okay I'll give it to you like she was doing me a favor but that's what I paid for I will never go back and let me tell you something the girl that did the pedicure was good but I won't go back read all the final...

The lady who did my pedicure was nice, and the salon is pretty clean, but the pedicure was sloppy and not great at all. There is clear nail polish all around my nail beds, excess white polish, and it just looks rushed and sloppy and not what you'd expect paying $50. I came in with my friend and we were so caught up in conversation and catching up that I didn't take a real good look at my toes until I got home and went to show my wife. As soon as I saw them I immediately called the salon (only 20 minutes later), they didn't answer. I left 2 voicemails that day. I called again the next day (Monday) & left another voicemail. I called again today (Wednesday) & a man answered, I explained what happened and my concern and told him I'd send him pictures and asked for either a refund or a redo and he blatantly hung up on me. I thought maybe it was a mistake so I called back, he answered and as soon as I said my name he hung up again. Very unprofessional and rude. I don't recommend this place if this is how they conduct business. I am going on vacation this weekend and now I either need to show up in person to get this resolved or go to another salon and pay another $40-$50 to have...
