Good China Restaurant — Restaurant in Phoenix

The Manager was very rude. He kept rushing us to order. But my friend can't eat glucose and so were having a hard time deciding what she could order. When we asked what was in the sauce, he barked at us saying it's a white sauce, until I finally explained that my friend was not allowed to have flour. He brought us soup that we didn't order and was rude when we told him we didn't order it. Then we asked the waitress if the refills were free and she took the glass and refilled it. They brought the bill and took it back to add the refill. When we told the waitress we asked her if it was free she didn't say no and so she took it off the bill. The manager comes back and adds it to my friends bill and says that we need to pay for the refill. I explained that when I asked the waitress if it was free she should have said no, he argued that she was new and didn't speak or understand English. I said so I have to pay for her mistake? He removed the refill and continued his rude behavior, by making more stupid remarks and kept coming back to our table even after I told him to leave me alone and stop talking to me! I was never rude, loud or belligerent and we certainly did not deserve to be treated this way after paying for our meals. This guy should NOT be in business or around customers if he can't treat them with respect. This establishment is definitely NOT of the quality you expect from GOOD CHINA chains and he is using their good name as an excuse to treat customers poorly! WE'LL NEVER GO BACK THERE AND WE WILL...

To begin with my father had suggested we go here for lunch for his birthday says it was his 83rd birthday he got to choose to wear to eat. He said him and my mom love this restaurant and they loved to come here very often to eat lunch and dinner. So we got ourselves a table there was 6 of us in our party altogether and because it was lunch time they have a lunch Basso were you get the entree a drink to egg rolls on the side. The portions came out in Bay were huge this plate that we got could feed 2 to 3 people. So we proceeded to eat our meals and we all kind of made faces at each other because we thought this wasn't really good and we asked each other if anybody wanted to taste ours in a switch so both of my daughters swished with me and then we gave some of our food to the grand kids needless to say none of us ate our food except for my dad and I gave all my leftovers to my daughters...

Went in to order from their lunch special. It was 2p and lunch ends at 3p. The place was empty. All the cooks were sitting around conversing. We ordered 2 of the sweet and sour lunch specials. Priced at $23.84. They come with wontons, egg rolls, and fried rice. They said it would be ready in 5 min. The wontons were hard, unbiteable, taste old. Unbreakable by hand...The egg rolls were hot but they tasted old, like left overs, the rice had a fish flavor taste, the sweet and sour chicken taste old, had an old look, and the pull apart of the meat was hard and had a rough chew. The after taste is horrible. None of the food was fresh. Cooks and the store need to be checked for cleanliness and they need to check the food stored and the temp. As well as dates of items stored overnight, how long it was left out and / or days left in fridge. I will not be coming back nor would I recommend...
