Absolutely horrible! If i could give them no stars i would. I took my 14 yr daughter to get grey ombre haircolor and the result looked like a bad bleach job. She had dark brown, light brown and orange patches and streaks around her roots and blonde, platinum and some light purple at the bottom! And they had the nerve to charge $125! I went home and called the salon, asked to speak to the manager. I was told there is no manager and it turns out the man who did this was the owner! He told me i could bring her in and he would put black on her roots to fix it! Upon arriving he suggested we just bleach the brown roots to match the rest of the hair. I was hesitant but it looked so bad i didnt know what else to do. Soon after he applied the bleach my daughter said her scalp was burning, so he washed it. Leaving her with bright orange roots and the rest platinum and light purple. He tried to blame my daughter saying it was her fault because she couldnt stand the pain of the bleach. Then he suggested he dye her roots ash brown! Eventually we came to the conclusion that he messed up so bad that the only thing left was to dye it all red. after the bleaching I asked him "can you honestly say that mess is worth $125" his response was "way more, the reason i didnt charge more was because i wasnt happy with the results, but if it would've been done right, its worth alot more" UNBELIEVABLE! Im going to be filing a complaint with the board of cosmetology and the bbb. They should be closed down. UPDATE: I checked my account balance and it turns out they took out $266! The receipt i signed was for $125 in addition my daughter has sores...

If you are thinking about taking an elderly person to have their hair done... DONT". I took my grandmother and my mother to have their hair permed and cut and ELIDA did a terrible terrible job. She left my mother's hair very crooked and she left my grandmother unattended with perm solution in her hair while she went to cut someone else's hair. With that being said she had over processed her hair. When she went back to her she rinsed the solution off of her but left her soaked. My grandmother told her that she would like to comb her hair herself. When she pulled out her comb she took it from my grandmother and showed her co workers the comb and made a comment that those were very old combs and no one used them anymore. They all laughed at that. My grandmother is 94 and frail and would never hurt anyone's feelings that way...or any way. She had mentioned this to me today but also let me know this was not the first time that she had been humiliated by her. If you do decide to use this establishment stay with the person you took..not that it would make their hair any better but to make sure they are not mis treated. The perm was terrible by the way...

First off I get to the salon to get my hair done and I show Linda a picture of what I wanted and she said yes she could do it. Mind u my hair was down to my waist. She quoted me 130$ after the chopping began I asked twice if this is what she was doing and she said yes. So did another girl in the salon after 3 hours my hair looks nothing as it did in the picture color or cut! So of course im upset but i pay and i figure i will talk to manager in the morning. Well mangers were out of town. Upon him returning my message to call me was never delivered. Never got a call back. So i went to shop and owner refused to discount or refund but offered to fix it. After all i went through at this point I agreed. He scheduled an appt for me for today. I get off work early get to the shop and hes off today!!! Are u kidding me. So they call him and he said sorry i cant do it Linda the one that messed up your hair will do it. Im so upset i do not recommend this place to groom my animals. Hopefully this business wont...
