Truly a complete circus, it’s virtually and physically impossible to get anything done with convenience and basic common sense. I truly believe all the 5 star reviews posted where by pure luck or probably made up. Getting a passport became a 2day mission. I don’t understand why you are forced to set up appointments only to be told you can not receive the documentation you already paid for due to the fact that they don’t have materials…… I mean common sense dictates if you are only accepting by appointment only you should be prepared and have all the materials needed to satisfy the demand that has already been paid for. Just like the personal that is there working so are the majority of the clientele that comes in. We are forced at many times to miss not just one but now 2days of employment, schooling, etc… From having to deal with terrible phone connections if you are lucky enough to get a hold of some one, you on top have to run with luck to be able to schedule at this location. I live in Phoenix and they were trying to get me to to go to the office in Yuma. That is 3hrs away! I can’t not have imagined having to travel back and forward to deal with this utter lack of management. My first two encounters with the receptionist and the first clerk that assisted me (wish I could remember there names) where actually decent and didn’t have negative interactions. But everyone else I encountered really needs to be addressed and retrained to have at bare minimal decent customer service. In particular the cashier Clerk Yolanda B. That lady is not in the least bit pleasant to deal with. Not even a good day, thank you, your welcome or have a good day came out of her. But she sure was ballsy enough to ask why did my face look like that? Well Yolanda if you would have just paid $146 and was told your documents will not be ready today and that now you as well have to miss another day of work you wouldn’t be all butterflies and rainbows now would you. Keep in mind I was not being a Karen at all I was never disrespectful to her I didn’t say anything but simply that that is my happy face and still had the common decency to greet her. Idk who to speak to about this but the 25 people crowded in the lobby that where later asked to wait outside in over 100 degree weather would complete agree that better management procedures needs to be put into place. Why make your work day more difficult by making clientele upset by making them put up with your lunatic process. Why not instead change your procedures to better suit the demand and needs thus for making everyone have a much more...
Read moreI went into banjercito to apply for a car permit to drive into Mexico and the woman attending customers there Jessica B Tamayo was extremely rude and condescending. The way she treats people is terrible I had my first appointment early in the morning with 3 people ahead of me and right away she refused their transactions, she didn’t explain why or make sure that when they do return that everything will be in order. To no surprise my transaction was rejected as well because I didn’t apply for a migratory form online, understandably I went home and completed it, returned the next day to have my transaction rejected again because my vehicle registration was a paper copy, which I received from the state MVD as valid. She claimed it was not original so she could not sign off on it, mind you I ran my own mvd third party for 7 years so I am knowledgeable on a valid registration. Each time my transaction was rejected Jessica told me to go apply for the permit in a Banjercito in Mexico. I was so enfuriated but succumbed to her ridiculous request, only to return the next day and be attended by another person who was much more personable where all of my documents were accepted. If you go apply for a permit I highly suggest you don’t go with Jessica she clearly isn’t there to help customers even though she works in customer service, she will just give you the run around to avoid helping anyone out. She is a ”vieja amargada” who clearly is...
Read moreUpdate 2024: You must call to get an appointment and you will be provided with a number that will be “verified” when you get to the building. (At least for passports that is, idk about different inquiries).I believe this is to reduce the number of people that walk in because regardless of your “appointment time” you have to grab a ticket number and wait as first come first serve. (Took nearly 4 hours) They finally got rid of musical chairs and will now take you by ticket number. -This visit was for a passport and birth certificate. The woman at the front desk instructed me to get the passport first and then come back and get in line for a new ticket to get the birth certificate. The woman that attended me for the birth certificate then informed that I should have done the birth certificate First and would have done the passport right then and there with her (or both at the same time). I was there for nearly 4 hours and would have saved a lot of time since the birth certificate lines are a lot shorter. -The staff is just as rude, bitter, and disrespectful as always and like to have inappropriate gossiping while attending people. They need to learn manners and basic human kindness. (Expect for some of the security guards, at least they were kind) -Still an embarrassment for the Mexican community. -I recommend bringing a pen with you, they might be...
