Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Phoenix

What a huge disapointment it was to meet a couple of baristas who had never met me before. I have seen them give cops off water away free all the time as per the Arizona law that requires a store to give Any Customer a glass of water. This law was actually passed because people had previously died after being turned down a simple glass of water. Now even though I will most certainly live without this glass of water but I certainly could have used it, Drs orders. This might sound fat fetched but it's the gods honest truth that i was just today released from the hospital after being admitted for 76 days. Normally I wouldn't have thought twice about dumping on a bartista but these girls have lives in their hands! But honestly what really made me angry was the fact that for 4-5 years 6 days a week I would go into my Starbucks where everyone is all smiles and they treat everyone great so people want to come back but I highly recommend that these girls are forced to take some classes on how to deal with the public. Because there is no reason a basrtista should ever have a bad review. I don't believe anything that they learn in their handbook would cause a customer to leave a store upset. I know for a fact that this neighborhood has all sorts of new coffee companies who would love to see a Starbucks employee fail to give this company a change. I have given this company far to much of my time money and energy to be denied a glass of water. Also I don't see the sign asking for .25 cents for a empty cup. Walked into this Starbucks and I requested some cold brew they said they didn’t have any available She offered coffee with a shot of espresso and I asked if I could please have it at the price of the cold brew ? and she said no ! I let her know that it was an inconvenience because the cold brew should be ready and she said it will that it wasn’t I think it was very wrong for her not to accommodate a customer that was hoping to get cold brew at noon today and I’ve never been to a Starbucks before worse just not available. This location is hotdog water. I've tried giving them the benefit of the doubt because they've recently opened this location but this place is a joke. No longer will I give them my business. I'd rather go up the street to Jabot coffee (which has by far better service and coffee) or drive 15 minutes out of my way to Dutch Bros, than give this hack hut another dollar of my money. Every single time I place an order I need to have it remade 2-3 times. I then get a crazy look because I ask to have it remade. Venti iced coffee, 3 raw sugars, and very light on the creamer.
