Vegans Beware I’m Informing Corporate This Whole Franchise Is Not Vegan Friendly They Always Get My Order Wrong Like If They Do Not Know What Is In Their Ingredients If I was Allergic They Would Have Had A Lawsuit On Their Hands I Went There July 10th Around 12:50 Am And had To Return A Far Distance Because I Would Call And It Was Busy Line Like If They Had The Phone Off The Hook So I Had To Travel Far Back Just To Request A Refund This Is Not The Only Location That Does Not Know What Dairy Is And If It’s In Their Ingredients I Returned At 1:30 AM This Whole Franchise Is Bad It’s Lack Of Detailed Training That Is Going To Cost The Company As A Big Liability. I Am Boycotting This Place As Just Look At The Other Recent Complaints Still Unanswered They Do Not Care For Their Customers. I Will Never Go Back Again.
Update 08/02/2022 @ 12:20 Pm I Received A Letter Of Apology And They Called Me 3 weeks Ago And Management Informed Me That They Would Train With More Details And Make Sure the Employees Know This Important Information And Also The Way She Described Their Methods Can Be Confusing Because They Have So Many Abbreviations That Mistakes Can And Will Be A High Probability Especially During A Rush. On Top Of The Detailed Training. Management Is Fulfilling Doing Her Part Hopefully Taco Bell Corporate Can Correct This Space For Major Error By Abbreviating All Their Items And Use A Better Method Especially If One Was Allergic. Read moreI only allow myself Taco Bell 1-2 times per yr. So when I do actually go I want my experience to be worth it. This location is my go to place for yrs now as its close to home. Normally the food is good as well as the service. But unfortunately today I got home and received a soggy mess of my burrito supreme and crunchy (not so crunchy I'm afraid) taco supreme combo. Honestly, the whole time I'm eating the burrito I couldn't help but think "did someone spit inside my burrito and lick the outside for good measure?? Did I have an attitude when ordering? No, I'm pretty sure I was quite pleasant and kind." So I call them up to speak with the manager about it, two times in a row and neither time did they bother to pick up. So, I call corporate office and am placed on hold for 15 minutes before finally hanging up. Which is when I decided to write this review. I'm a business owner of 28 yrs here in the downtown Phoenix area. I give great service and expect the universe to bring it back around to me. I dont make a habit of writing bad reviews, unless I exhaust all other means of correcting the situation by trying to speak with the establishment first, to no avail - as that's how I would want my clients to handle a negative experience...give me a opportunity to correct it before rushing to the internet and writing something that will forever be there for others to base their opinion on what I possibly wrote. I’m a vegitarian of 16 years plus ordered a veggie bowl and got chicken in my bowl? I threw up and got sick.. Employees there have a horrible attitude Carlos to star with. when I asked for sauce he rolled his eyes. When I also called he was the one when I asked for the manager he said Carlos and hung up on me saying doordash was first that they had soo many orders and those where out first, yet in the hour and 20 minutes I was there no dashers where there?i would not recommend this tacobell. Horrible. I called several times then they said over the phone stop calling. What kind of bussiness is this? People where waiting for over 1 hour 20 minutes and they can’t bother to take our order but when you go to the window there blasting music and having fun?
