Taco Bell — Restaurant in Phoenix

My wife and I ate here, or tried to and she un-wrapped her burrito, it was cold. These burritos have shrunk in size. she walked to the counter and tried to get some ones attention and was ignored. She tried a second time and still no response. I felt the burrito and it was luke warm at best. I am thinking sal manila. I had some communication problems with one of the gals that did not understand or speak English. My wife finally ended up throwing the buritto on the floor in the kitchen area. a few of the other customers started smiling and sounds of encouragement came from them. There was a lady and her children entering the restraunt and I informed her of what had just transpired. She said "thank you" and said she will be on alert for her order. She told us she will be very vocal about any order that is served cold. I am going to call the health department Monday and report this incident. Some years back I came down with food poisining from a Denny's and I know it was the sausage. at that time I was so sick I had forgotten about the health department. These type of jobs are not carrer jobs and this will have an effect on the type of service we get....

Ordered a crunchwrap with steak instead of beef.. got beef in it instead of steak..called and carmen the shift mgr. said to go in and it would get replaced I was ok about the situation she took our name and said to go in whenever we have a chance.. she was very nice by the way.. but the problem was when we went in to pick it up on 12/03/17 at around 11am the shift mgr on duty was very rude I understand you can't give out info but when I asked to speak to the store mgr she denied and would not let me know when I could go in to speak to them.. I was calling just to let them know they where rude I didn't want nothing in return..the girl with a tattoo on the side of her ear was extremely rude making us feel like we where lying about the situation.. she also mentioned if our order was chalupas so I guess they make mistakes with everyone.. when we got the replaced crunchwrap I guess it was made out of lettuce they also said if we had the old crunchwrap with beef I'm not going to keep 4 day old Taco Bell in my fridge.. I'm sorry but if I could give no Stars I would don't waste your time...

I've been scanning receipts with the TB app for a while. I've been trying to get some price benefits. I opened the TB app to place an order. I found it really difficult to complete the order. The pricing didn't match the items ordered. Giving up on the app, I tried to place my order through the speaker at the drive thru since the dining room was closed due to staffing. I explained through the speaker that I wanted a $5 combo. The app quoted that price and other TB locations also have 2 different $5 combos that I have purchased in the restaurant after this experience at Christown. At the pickup window I was told they didn't have a $5 deal. The price was more than $7. Someone inside the restaurant was urging the worker at the window to keep the transaction time short instead of correcting the issues. I told the attendant the pricing did not seem correct. The attendant denied that the restaurant had any $5 combos. I purchased the order. But I will not return to this location because of pricing, no dining room and workers that do not want to please...
