Dishonesty.... should Not be tolerated.I had gone to the nail shop for years accepted exuberant prices due to convenience 2019-2020 my nails were lifting often and it was difficult to get an appt to correct the error or satisfy my concerns.I spoke with the owner regarding the cheap pwder they were using and fixing my nails.I went back for repairs..to o avail I stoppped going, had always pd via card with nice tips to both Traci and Loni.I recently was told by a family member " she paid $80.00 bill that was Not owed.she was told by Traci and Loni I owed them money 🤷‍♀️my number Never has changed., Ive sent numerous referals and promoted advertised for this company when they started 5 yrs ago..I am appalled that fmly members were husseled !! unjustifiabley.my immediate other fmly also left becaused of poor service and practicies( roughnes with pedicures and burns from waxing) .we Never slandered Nor exposed them... My first-time experience at Happy Nails, I can say I'm satisfied. I got a gel full set, and gel pedicure as well, the pricing was pretty high, excluding the fact I got my mommas nails done as well, it came out to be $180.00. The wait was pretty long, but my toes look bomb, I cannot complain, and the man whom did my feet was super gentle and absolutely concerned about my comfortbility and I appreciated that. The lady whom did my nails, the head lady in charge, did my nails in the shortest time I've ever experienced. She knew i had been there waiting, and read my face and body language and fit me in super slick and got me out of there. I would recommend this nail salon to anyone who is looking for a main nail salon, who wants fast but reliable service and a courteous environment. I recently went to get a pedicure 02/23/23, and since it wasn’t too busy I added a fullset done by Tracy, I’ve never had anything go wrong any other times I’ve gone but THIS time she was a little busy and rushed through my fullset, they came out pretty decent considering the amount of time she took to do them. I wasn’t upset on how they looked… until a day or two later. My fingers started to swell, and soon started LEAKING.
