I never had a worse experience at this place, I’ve been going my entire life. I took my kids to play some basketball. After approaching the desk, the staff in charge stared at me as if I was in the ring place, making it awkward from the start! Then after I explained I’m here to play basketball, he did everything to discourage me from staying. He advised it would be $1 per Child and $2 per adult. I proceeded to hand over a $20 bill. At this point he tells me “I have no change” then he explains that I wouldn’t be able to get a basketball unless I was a yearly memeber so I should sign up or I wouldn’t be able to play pretty much. At that point I explained I would not need a year membership he advised he would need to contact his boss to see if he has change. No drama, families of different backgrounds showing respect and love.
