Jamba — Restaurant in Phoenix

I ordered 2 Jamba Juices and the Chunky Strawberry Topper. I have gotten e-mails, checked shopular for any discounts and they had one. Every Thursday in April, choose any smoothie and you can upgrade it to a large for free on Thursdays only. It was Thursday and I told the guy when I ordered, I would like the mediums but upgrade it to the Large for free. He said they only do that on the classic smoothies. I didn't order classic smoothies so I just got the mediums. I checked my e-mail and it says any smoothie. I told him and showed him the e-mail that it said any smoothie and he said that that is a corporate coupon and they are a franchise and don't offer corporate coupons. I was irritated, but decided not to fight it. I am giving this location of Jamba Juice a very low score. I have been here only a couple of times and both times I didn't get what I wanted. Oh also, my Jamba order was wrong. I asked for a mango smoothie and I got a pomegranate smoothie. Also, my chunky strawberry bowel had coconut in it. It doesn't say that coconut was in the recipe (I dislike) So my experience at this location was not a good one. My experience at this establishment today, Tuesday, May 13th at approximately 3:45 PM, was deeply concerning due to their dishonest and disrespectful behavior. Upon entering, I explicitly inquired about the availability of a functional power outlet to charge my phone, clearly stating my intention to purchase a drink while using it. Despite this, two female staff members knowingly directed me to a non-operational outlet behind a table. They proceeded to take my payment for the drink, fully aware that the very reason for my purchase – access to a working outlet – was nonexistent. Only after I discovered the outlet was faulty and brought it to their attention did they casually admit its malfunction. This blatant deception, intentionally misleading me and wasting my time and money, demonstrates a complete lack of respect for their customers. Don't order the the chunky strawberry bowl! I paid $8 for a watery warm bowl that had like 4 little pieces of strawberries on it! I mean these were extra tiny pieces about half of a large strawberry if that or maybe one whole medium strawberry "literally only ONE". I was so disappointed with how watery my greek yogurt bowl was, no way in h*ll my bowl was made with greek yogurt. Greek yogurt is really thick much more than regular yogurt but yet the yogurt part of my bowl was soup? My bowl had a peanut butter flavor to it which was wired considering peanut better was not one of the ingredients, idk if they didn't clean the mixer good from the last time they made something in it but still my bowl wasn't a peanut butter bowl.
