Such a pretty and clean place only bad thing is the customer service horrible ! One of the girls that helped me out dropped some ice cream on the glass picked it up with her hands and threw it back in there scooped it up and put it in my cup with the same gloves she was charging with . The girls all look mad for no reason . No smile what so ever nor do they greet you. Never coming back to this location .with all the bad reviews about the customer service I’d assume they would do...

You lost a customer tonight! Everytime I've been here the customer service is awful. The first time the lady behind the counter didn't speak English and just brushed us off without trying to help us. Tonight the party that came in behind us was purposely helped before us. The rude girl behind her counter knew what she was doing. She kept looking at my party and smirking. I will not be returning. There are so many other spots with better customer service that I would rather go spend...

La Michoacana on 35th and Bethany is a must-visit! This brand new ice cream parlor is beautiful and incredibly cute. The place is spotlessly clean, and the customer service provided by the friendly staff is great. The girls working there were amazing and very helpful. The ice cream itself is absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of flavors to choose from. I highly recommend this place for anyone craving Mexican ice cream or other deserts ...I'll definitely be coming...
