Well Let me tell you.. . I have been a Sonic customer for years, and even worked in once upon a time. Never have I ever, had such bad experience, until I visited this one, not once but three times in the month and a half I have been in Phoenix. My first visit, I ordered a Supersonic bacon cheeseburger (#3) with specific instructions, after my visit, I went home (which is five blocks away), to enjoy my burger only to figure out that it was not even the SSC I asked for, but instead of calling and complaining about my order, I tried t oeat it, didn't take me long to realize that it had been in the warmer for an extensive amount of time, was not happy. So last week I decided to give them another try, (thinking they might've just had a bad night), and I odered a couple drinks, I ordered an orange vanilla coke, and a cherry lime-ade, the carhop read my receipt correctly, but when she handed me my drinks, I noticed one was not even my coke, but another cherry lime-ade. I handed one one back to her and said tbis is not what I ordered, so she took it and went and had my coke remade, so I thought, when I got it back, I tasted it, and I am pretty sure they forgot the vanilla. So when I got home, I gave my wife the cherry lime-ade and she tasted it, and asked me what it was, cause it was not a cherry lime-ade, so I tried it, and it seemed to me, they forgot the lime-ade. So after this, tonight my wife asked for a bag of Sonic Ice, so I said surely they can't mess up a bag of Ice, so I went to get one, when I got there, I decided a large onion ring sounded good, and again, I thought to myself, surely they can't mess up an order of onion rings... low and behold, when I went to eat my onion rings, they are burnt!!! Sad to say, I think that is the last straw, I am pretty certain, I will not be visiting this Sonic again. Sorry for the novel, I do reveiws regularly, never had such luck...
Read moreI have a mixed opinion about my experience on my last trip. A friend and I had pulled into the drive thru to order at 10:53 pm. And we sat at the order board for about 3 mins and no one greeted us. So we pulled up to the drive thru window at 10:56 and we AGAIN sat there for a minute and it's now 10:57 and the employees at the window don't open. The window but Instead do hand gestures basically saying they are closed and won't take our order. We asked "did you close early? We have been at the order board since 10:53, and it is now 10:57 and your posted hours say youre open until 11:00pm" eventually a manager cracked the door popped his head out and said "we are closed" so we repeated what we were trying say through the closed window while the employees just kept doing their hang signals. He in the end asked us what we would like and he placed our order. One large butter finger sonic blast and one large Oreo sonic blast. The manager then went inside yelled to the employees "we have 2 orders up" then a few minutes later brought out our blast We asked the total and he said , no , it is on the house. We tipped the employee $5 for our blast then left. We do appreciate the ice cream "on the house" however we would have much rather paid for our order if had meant the location stayed open until posted hours and it didn't take us all that to order . While we were placing our order , another car pulled up into the drive thru (it was still prior to 11:00 ) but unfortunately the employees did not let them...
Read moreIf I had 2 more hands, I would give this location 4 thumbs down! I placed an online order while in their parking lot, checked in and waited over 30 min just to never get the food I had already paid for. I checked with them twice on the speaker about 15 min apart each time before I finally left at 11:55pm, when I started the order at 11:19pm. I watched one of their kid employees drop a customers coney as he proceeded to walk out of the door backwards, just to turn around and walk into the corner of the building. We have had double burgers served with a single patty and various other preventable mistakes but have never complained, asked them to fix, nor asked for a partial refund. Their customer service is even worse and provide zero solutions. This location seems to be ran by incompetent employees who are either too young, inexperienced or who lack the training/common sense to be working in the service industry. They have no consideration for working people, to act in such a way, nor do they seem to care about quality of service. This is a running theme within the service industry, they expect big tips, but food quality is terrible, good service is non-existent and quality is beyond lacking, while increasing prices. This entire location needs a complete overhaul from top to bottom because I cant even begin to imagine what their kitchen looks like based on some of the previous...
