Bobaholic Milk Tea Lounge — Restaurant in Phoenix

Very disappointed in the service. 👎 I've never given a location a 1 star. If I could, I'd give it negative stars. --⭐

I asked the cashier what I could order without tea. Heard the list, so I placed my order. Was asked to wait outside for our order. 🥤

15-20 minute wait was already long. Get my order, get my truck... Excited to try a boba drink. And the drinks were made with TEA! 😡🤢🤮

I go back to exchange & the cashier says it's $12 something. I said no I'm exchanging what I ordered because I asked for no tea. The cashier said she thought I said no chia seeds?! 🤦‍♀️

Really? Then proceed to tell me & show my this tiny little sign that says there's no exchange, no refunds. That I can get a discount on my order. 🤬

What a waste of $20 for bad service. And bad product. 😩😩

The girls were really friendly there customer service was great. but the reason i gave it a one star is because the boba was nasty it hardly had any flavor and the boba was not even cold it looked like they only put like 4 pieces of ice on top of the boba the drink was not cold at at it was literally hot. you guys can do better with preparing your drinks for customers because my money was spent for a horrible drinks I bought 3 bobas and they all tasted the same with no flavor and hardly no ice. I’ve tried better boba places that actually know how to make their boba drinks, im not coming to this boba place again....

Update: I have not returned in person but have ordered delivery a few times now. I’ve been sticking to drinks I know I’ll like if done correctly, and they have not disappointed! For delivery, I get regular sweet since some of the ice may melt by the time it’s delivered to my home. I don’t find it too sweet, and quality has been consistent

Original 4 stars from a year ago: Nice worker, decent pricing, I thought drink was a bit too sweet even though I already ordered less sweet, I also didn’t like my drink flavor that much but that’s on me for trying something different....
