I stopped by this jewelry store to purchase some jewelry and I parked in the space that stated for the jewelry store. As I got out of the car I stood in front of My car on a FaceTime call with my daughter. I didn’t wanna be rude and be on a FaceTime call while I was shopping for jewelry, so I stood there finishing up my call. When a light skin older Spanish speaking Mexican lady came out. And as I was on the phone she started pointing towards me. I turned around to see who she was Poynette and I looked back at her and she was still pointing. At this time I was still on my FaceTime call when I turn back around and looked at her and said me? She walked towards me and said no parking in that space that’s for the jewelry store. So I responded with so if I’m going to the jewelry store I can park there right? She said yes I said okay then that’s whereI’m going is to the jewelry store. She looked at me as a 000 I responded with that was rude. Still on my FaceTime call at this time my daughter asked what’s going on? I told her I was on the phone and this lady comes out telling me I got a move my car and I told her what happened. At this time I was still having plans on going into the jewelry store. When I walked up to the door tried to pull the door open it was locked. So I was confused when an older short dark Mexican Spanish speaking man with the heavy accent walks out and says what what is going on do I need to call the cops? I responded by saying what are you talking about? At this point I didn’t even wanna buy anything from them anymore I said what the f**k are you talking about? He responded by saying go get out of here before I call the cops. I don’t know what the reason behind this was but I felt very discriminated against and I’m Mexican...
Read more0 STARS…..If you’re looking for quality and customer service, this is not the place to go! STAY AWAY! The owner (Lady) is so freaking rude it’s not even funny!!!… she tells me she’s been selling for over 20yrs. I’ve been in sales for over 12yrs myself!! & this is by far one of the worst customer service I’ve received. She just always has to be right & blamed everything on us not her cheap product… multiple gold items we bought turned black or were defective with the exception of 1… She knows she’s wrong & kept arguing & giving excuses about everything. She even said we were sick & had to see a doctor because our sweat turns the gold black!!🤣🤣 I’ve had a gold chain for 8yrs from another place and I’M AN ATHLETE!!! Play sports & go to the gym in the Sauna WITHOUT TAKING MY CHAIN OFF!!! & never turned black once… & I swear tons!!! Then tried to blame it on cologne & lotion etc. SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY & GO ELSEWHERE… Just her comments were enough for me to never go back!!!...
Read moreMy husband and I recently moved from the East Coast and were looking for a trusted jewelry store—Joyeria Ana was highly recommended, and we’re so glad we went. The owners and their family were incredibly welcoming and made us feel like part of their own. We’ve made purchases both last year and again this year for my birthday, and each time the service and quality have been amazing. We truly value businesses that build long-term relationships, and Joyeria Ana has earned our loyalty. 10/10 highly recommend if you’re in Arizona or...
