DISHONEST LIARS!!!! The WORST company/store I've EVER purchased from. I purchased a bedroom set I found on offer up from them, because they had it at a very low price and I didn't want to lose it.
I paid in FULL..... I asked them if they could hold a couple weeks, they said yes. The supposable MANAGER checked me out, she hardly said anything to me. She took 2 phone calls, telling someone about a customer complaining, then was talking to a co-worker, while they both were talking to a customer about a bedroom set she wanted.
She handed me the paper and told me to sign and initial... SHE SAID NOTHING about ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!!!!!!!!!! NOTHING!! As I said I paid in FULL... If she had said that they do not give refunds ONLY store credits, I NEVER would have completed the sale. I needed to measure my new room for this set, but figured if it didn't work I would cancel and find something else....
Well after I measured I realized it would not fit and it was literally only 3 days from signing, now anyone knows that even if you buy a car.... you have 3 days to cancel any contract... they refuse and blatantly LIED... she says that she X'ed the bottom and that means she told me.... she couldn't possibly remember telling me anything!!! She was too busy on the phone, too busy talking to her coworker, then talking to another customer. As the older lady ran around saying another customer was not happy because they didn't have something ready or in stock and these people were waiting...
Whatever, she X'ed at the bottom of the paper I guarantee is habit... DOESNT MEAN SHE TOLD ME AND SHE DID NOT!!!!! I am going to file a law suit against this company, lets see what AZ Courts have to say about the 3 days rule... and trying to cancel a contract within 3 days!!!!!! I will be filing, I would NEVER recommend these crooks to anyone. They also told me right over the phone that I was told and they know I was told....

SO UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH A COMPLETELY DISHONEST COMPANY BY ALL MEANS BUY FROM THEM... BUT REMEMBER NO RETURNS ALL SALES FINAL....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU SIGNED THE PAPER SHE SAYS, MAYBE YOU SHOULD READ WHAT YOU SIGN???
ARE YOU KIDDING ME.?????? Then I told them I want to talk to the owner.... well we don't talk to him much, plus he's in Texas on vacation so I don't know when he'll get the message... WELL HE CAN GET THIS MESSAGE... I WILL BE TAKING YOU TO COURT!!!!!

Read morePoor customer service. I told them the time I would need my furniture delivered at the time I purchased it and it was perfectly fine, no problem what so ever. I even waited a week to have it delivered on a saturday as i was told they couldnt deliver at 3pm on weekdays. I was told no problem. Then they call me the day before and tell me it has to be delivered at a different time because the driver cant come back to my location as it was to far from where the next client was. I dont know how that should ever be your customers problem. We arent talking about free delivery, it was $100. When asked who the manager was so i could make a complaint nobody knew who was in charge. Then Myra told me "mike" was in charge, but he works at the wherehouse and they weren't allowed to give me his phone number. I left a message with Sarah, and have called twice to speak to mike and no response. I would have had my money refunded as i think this is one of those companies who are all smiles before they get your money, then once they have it they turn into sharks.However they have a no refund policy. No refunds or exchanges. I also bought an extended warranty and Im scared that when or if i have to use it im going to get the same run around. My advise dont shop here. Spend your money where they have a manager who is running a buisness.
After seeing the other 1 star reviews on this site, all responses said "Im sorry we cant find you in the data base call the store". A coincidence? I think not. Leon furniture take responsibility.

The lady that checked me out was extremely rude, the price was more than I had been quoted two days prior— when I asked her she told me “they must have used a different margin.” What the hell, you don’t tell a customer that. I STILL purchased my couch because at the point I loved Carla and the couch. I selected a couch that is made in the USA to ensure it wouldn’t take a month to get it. I was told 2-3 weeks. I’m now approaching 4 weeks without my couch I paid $1900 for... I call and ask for updates (which they did call back last week) however this week I’ve called twice and am told they will call me back and I have yet to hear from them or get an update.
I’ll update my review once I have my couch but right now I’m ready to dispute the charge. I get COVID has changed things but do better at your communication process.
update I got a call back from Mayra advising me it will take until Sept 15th now. This is almost 3x the amount of time I was originally advised. When I expressed my irritation in this she told me “she’s just telling me what she was told to tell me.”
update my couch was delivered in October and I do truly love it but honestly the experience was not the best. I understand it’s not their fault and a lot has to do with COVID but they should also be empathetic to the fact that people are buying furniture and getting it way after the fact and are going without a couch, bed etc.
