Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Phoenix

Today I was at Baskin Robbins and I had the worst experience today with a girl Maddy (blonde hair and in a bun)was very rude not just to me but several others she was not smiling at all and giving people an attitude and she said she's having a bad day like I don't like this ice cream and ohh that tastes bad and one day once I got home I found a peice of metal in my chocolate peanut butter ice cream that didn't even have peanut butter in it so I call them about the peanut butter and they had to see it themselves so I went down there and all they did was put a scoop of peanut butter on this ice cream that was melted from the horrible heat in that place and I tell them about the melted ice cream and they said who cares and I demand them to fix it so they fix it horribly and if they don't fix their employees attitudes soon I'm never comeing back there and telling everyone I know not to either so I'd suggest fixing your attitudes workers so people that see this review I wouldn't go if I were you because their service is very very bad oh ya one day their tables had crusty ice cream all over it so there's another reason why you guys shouldn't go either and be very careful when you go to that location you'll never know what will be there BUT MAINLY WATCH OUT FOR...

I had a terrible experience here completely ruined my whole son's birthday surprise!! Was so disappointed.. Went online ordered a customized design cake took my time to find the photo to print, picked the color design. Got charged $50.. thought well if it's convenient and done right it's worth it... Showed up at noon on his birthday to pick up the complete wrong photo design they printed on his cake!!! 😞 Worse part about it was they didn't apologize offered a $3 discount 😂 lol Really why would I pay 47$ for a tiny cake with the wrong design!! I was so frustrated and disappointed 😔 my son didn't get the cake I promised him grrr man!! They said if I waited 40 mins she can drive back and print the right design The service , time I spent arguing with them to fix it I was now late to my son's party!! I went in. Ordered a shake. The girl makes the shake, pours out in the cup, and puts the lid on. She then proceeds to pour an additional 1/2 cup of the shaker mix left, on the already covered cup. She puts it on the counter in front of me. A huge lump of shake on top of the lid, and ice cream already dropping all over the place. “Can I get you anything else?” she says? “You can clean up this mess you made.” I replied, pointing at the dripping mess she had put on the counter. “No. There are napkins over there. Is there anything else I can get you?” Really?!? I’m truly in awe of your complete lack of customer service.
