Adding to the top.after apology here on review.still no responsibility held accountable and I wonder what made the two dollar difference afterscratching up my front and back neck. If you want to do better don’t deflect what ur customers are trying to say .I’ve been coming here for most at of my life on and off but have always done a good job but it has always felt off for me because I enjoy the concept of the work the put into doing Hair before.never new how to ask for a proper cuz since I’ve always had long hair and I’m sure many people struggle as well.but when I asked for once how I wanted it with a 2 on the side and my bangs clipped only 1/4th of the size and only 1/2 off the top.I was told to hold on,so I did then she started with what I asked but then continued it with just clipping the whole top in half without saying anything ,and had the back of my neck used as a ramp for a skateboard and it feels raw in some parts but felt like I couldnt complain.it was done.proceeded with cut and didn’t ask how I wanted My sideburns and cut without asking to a square shape.I wanted it pointy,she then asked if I was gonna shave my beard and said yes thinking she was gonna use a different tool.not sure if they supposed to but continued with the same clippers under my neck is raw as well and marked red.I had a bad experience.and when I went to pay the lady said 20 dollars.I remember it was about 16 but they had a sign currently saying 18.I was ok with the sign.the sign is there for a reason.but when I complained Miguel just responded oh the price went up.I felt deceived not honoring what his sign says.not even a sorry for not updating or taking responsibility,not even interacting with me,felt brushed aside once more.they didn’t even tell me about the one dollar pay for using the card.I always tip but this time I felt poorly treated.maybe because I am a man and don’t deserve proper care for my hair as the women do in the salon.not to mention I was placed on hold while the lady finished touching up a different customers hair.I’m not mad I’m just...

It's terrible just terrible I went for a hair cut and a style because I was going to go to a concert and I asked for wavy beach waves and the hair stylist did tight curls the stylist gave me a good price to pay but when I went to the front to pay the person in the front gave me a price 2 times higher I said "For what? and he said because "how he styled your hair" and I said "this is now what I asked for and I'm in a hurry and he said "too bad, you have to pay what you have to pay" I would of just washed my hair there and leave but I didn't have enough time since the dude took forever to style my hair. This is the second time I've come to this place, and both times, they've ruined my hair. I wanted to give the salon a second chance thinking they would do better this time around, but that was not the case. The first time they left it too short, and the second time she added multiple layers. She also messed up my bangs when I had asked for curtain bangs, but she gave me straight bangs. She asked me if I liked it, and I said yes, or else I would’ve ended up with my bangs above my eyebrows. Their techniques are outdated.
