I have came to this shop since they day they opened have been a loyal customer of like 7-8 years and know hella personal information and instead of bashing the owners I am going to give my honest opinion. I have had countless sets that I hated and was not happy with and not once ever have I said anything when clearly I was overcharged or have had trash sets that break the same day. Countless times I left bleeding or with burns from the drill filing my natural nail too thin, I never say anything or complain I always apologize for even moving when they’re doing my nails in all the years of coming here and finally about 2 weeks ago, if that I came and got my nails done and 2 hours later I was missing an entire chunk of polish which shouldn't have happened considering I got acrylics and charged extra for gel to make sure the polish lasts more than a few days. Anyways it shouldn’t have happened and then two nails snapped literally just popped in half and in no way was I rough or it hurt they legit just broke the apex and everything was ok it was just a very fast bad set that didn’t cure right and the next day I went back and asked for it to be fixed and Nancy did happily or so I thought I had made an appointment today and they asked my name and know me they said ok come in. ONCE I WAISTED MY GAS driving no where near where I live because I lov-ed the owners and was a loyal customer I was told I am too difficult of a client and they refused me service. Which they have complete right to do and I’m sorry they felt that way. I just don’t understand how wanting a set I was charged a lot for to be fixed when I didn’t even have them for 2 hours. There is countless OSHA violations that are looked past and I am ashamed of being loyal to a salon that only cares about money and I apologize to future customers that will have a bad...

This was my go to nail salon , I always get a pedicure with my two big toes acrylic regular polish & I always pay $35. I went in a few weeks later to get a fill and nail polish change they charged me $35. I asked why it was so much all they said was the polish . That’s the only response I got . I went back a few days ago to ask how much a fill was $3 per toe, okay how much is polish $10 . So it would be $16 I asked why did I pay $35? The girl in the front said she remembered me I said if it would be $16 why did I pay $35 she said oh you got gel polish , I then told her that would still only be $26 so why did I pay $35? She then told the lady that did the service originally, I did not go to argue I wanted to simply know why they charged me so much. They lady started talking to me and I explained to her what I had told the front lady. She then proceeded to get offended and walked away . She then comes backs and we had the same conversation we had the first time, she starts saying she never does fill always a new set and I said no because I’ve come here before for a fill and you put gel without asking me. The upsell here can be overwhelming and even frustrating. It almost feels like an ongoing negotiation throughout the entire experience.

I understand sales, but they have to know when enough is enough.

I came in with my husband & I asked for clear dip and she told me I had to have light pink. Because I didn’t want the light pink, she told me I was starting problems. Keep in mind the light pink was $15 more.

I told her I wanted a French manicure instead, she told me she’d still put the light pink with a white strip. Once again, I told her I didn’t want the light pink, just clear polish and the white.

She deep sighs and just sits there, and doesn’t start on my nails, nothing.

We decided to cancel our manicures, and go somewhere else bc I’m not going to pay for something I didn’t ask for. I’ve been coming here for years and based off my experience, especially with today in mind:

My husband asked the lady in the front why they couldn’t give me what I asked for, she turns her back to him to ignore him & the other lady starts yelling and acting crazy saying I was starting problems bc I changed my mind.
