Called to speak with management at this store 8/13/25 12:30 to cancel my membership the lady manager I spoke with was not helpful and super rude,she said I had no choice but to pay cancellation fee or call my bank to block charges and eventually my account will go to collections ,rushing to get me off the phone to the point where I just wanted to pay and be done with planet fitness I tried to pay the cancellation fee online and it wouldnāt let me so I called back multiple times to get no answer called the planet fitness on Watson Rd to see if they could help me.I spoke with Jessiah not only was his customer service great he actually made me keep my membership and just change locations he was able to freeze my membership while Iām going through financial difficultiesā¦I feel as customers spending our money we shouldnāt have to deal with rude people especially managers who donāt care about the membersā¦i wouldnāt recommend you to join this club and this is not my first bad encounter with...

There are only three stair master machines (one doesn't always function) so you have to wait a long time until you get to use one. This is a really popular machine, I don't understand why they would only add a couple and yet add many elliptical machines (which are always empty when I go). Seems like a waste of space. Also, I tried using a black card amenity at the end of my workout and was denied due to them almost closing even though it was 20 minutes before closing so I rushed my workout for nothing. I also went when there were no paper napkins in stock so you know the equipment was dirty all day and it was a bummer not having anything to wipe the sweat off your face. Love planet fitness but overall, this is a pretty bad location....

I have not had one bad experience coming here as everyone is very nice and supportive. My one and only gripe is the fact they are changing the hours from 24 hours Monday-Thursday back to 5 AM - 10 PM. Only roughly 5 to 6 months ago (it feels) did they just begin doing 24 hours just to take it away. That is just unfair to those who are finding themselves utilizing that 24-hour time frame and reestablishing themselves, especially since it wasn't offered to begin with when the club opened, so some people might not have been fully aware who started when the club first opened. Aside from that, everything is lovely, and perhaps a few gym equipment could get some TLC, but hopefully, that comes...
