Raspados Imperial — Restaurant in Phoenix

My friends & I called in an order we asked for 5 tosti ceviches (w/ the chips on the side), a raspado, & an iced coffee. We live about 25 min out & I ask for the chips on the side because if not they’ll get soggy from the ceviche on the way home. I picked up the order & realized it was wrong and asked for it to be fixed. They said they didn’t have any more ceviche to fix the order & gave me 1 bag of chips instead. Which isn’t enough considering we has 5 orders of tosti ceviche. On top of that, the raspado & iced coffee we had put in the order weren’t even ready. They actually almost forgot to give them to me. I’m very disappointed as my orders have never been wrong from this place. I’m also very dissatisfied at the way things were handled with the wrong order. Was in the mood for raspados and came across this place on Google. My brother and I went in and placed our order. To start the place was clean I'll give them that. Just looks like a hospital cafeteria. They had reggaeton playing which is fine with me. Service was poor and not very interactive with their guest. We ordered two raspados and it came up to like $18 bucks I ordered the mango loco which to me screams out mango they put 5 thin slices of mango with chamoy, Mexican candy and Peanuts. I order their corn in a cup, and it was DISGUSTING!! the corn was bitter and smell old and the mayo was sour SOME OF THE INGREDIENTS WERE DEFINITELY EXPIRED!!!! so if you order their corn make sure is FRESH AND TASTE IT BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!! THE CASHIER WAS ALSO RUDE!!! SHE CHARGE ME TWICE FOR THE SAME ITEM AND SAID THEY DIDN'T DO REFUNDS!!
