I would not recommend going to this store due to the owner being very hostile and aggressive. If you decide to go, I would recommend only dealing with one of the girls.

Bought a cowboy hat from this store and spent $400. They steamed it to adjust one of the sides, but it didn’t hold. After we took it home we realized the brim was shorter on one side. I called them ahead of time to see if they could exchange it, which they said yes, it was no problem at all. We brought the hat back and I explained to them what was wrong, I was not yelling or being rude in anyway. The owner started yelling and saying it was fine, then said and I quote “are you crazy”. I told him I just wanted to exchange for the same hat, same size just without the defect. He became even more angry and chucked the hat on the floor and told one of the girls to refund our money. I kept trying to de escalate the situation and tell him that we don’t want a refund we just wanted an exchange. He finally listened and we were able to exchange it.
