Omaha Steaks — Local services in Phoenix

Placed an order of 4 specials for Christmas presents. They sent 3 packages. 2 we're complete. 2 we're incomplete and the packing list was wrong. Called customer service and the rep was rude and constantly refused to honor the 100% satisfaction guarantee. I refused to accept changes to the order and asked them to honor the purchase and resend the correct orders, and return the incomplete order. The rep was only willing to send the missing items. I explained that is not possible because I don't have the ability to store the incomplete orders for a week while waiting on the missing parts. These were to be gifts, not piecemeals. The rude rep finally agreed to refund the 2 orders without giving me the choice to have the orders resent -- another violation of their guarantee. The rep then went on to ban me from reordering the gifts separately. I'm still waiting to receive the refund. I'm heading over to Kansas...

We have dealt with Omaha Steaks for over a year now. I have shopped at grocery stores in the Phoenix area and find the prices in the stores here more expensive or about the same as Omaha Steaks. I did not find that the taste was the same at the stores, as I discovered with Omaha steaks. Their steaks are absolutely outstanding and they are so tender. As far as customer service the employees of Omaha are outstanding. I don't care if a company is a day later than they disclosed because there many things that can happen that is way beyond their control (accidents, vehicle break down, weather (snow/heavy rain etc). I feel if I don't make an order ahead of time then that is on me. I am beyond pleased with this company. The only thing I'm a bit sorry about is not ordering from them earlier in life. Keep up the great work...

My folks have been ordering from Omaha Steaks for many years. For Christmas dinner, my father treated us to a 4lb boneless beef rib roast. To our disappointment, it was the worst roast ever! 😥 Almost half the roast was fat and the meat was grissely throughout the few salvageable "good" parts! See pictures attached!!

We have come to expect more from Omaha Steaks and though we can't get the day back, I would expect Omaha Steaks to go above and beyond to make this right and retain a long time customer!

I have 3,500 friends on Facebook and will share our experience with every one of them if an effort is not made to make up for this poor experience.
