Worst Fire Department Ever! I have a lot of health issues where I pass out alot. So my family gets scared and calls 911. There’s been times they have been rude to me pretty much calling me a liar. I have Diabetes(have a Dexcom device), heart issues(2 heart devices). I have been told by my cardiologist to have my family call 911 when I pass out due to my heart issues so that’s what they do. I have recordings of couple fire department guys being rude to me. Yesterday they came out to my home and didn’t even check my vitals while I was laying against my couch. I told the fire department guy I been having issues with my sugar levels being over 200 then dropping to the 70s he told me that’s normal I do have that on video as well. They asked me if I needed a ambulance I said yes please and they went outside to wait for ambulance. I have also been told I been red flagged because my family call them to much. I have paperwork showing all my medical conditions that I’m a high risk for heart attack. I have told my family to not call fire department anymore I rather die then have them here. I don’t deserve to be treated like this. It’s not my fault I pass out and have kidney and heart issues. Everytime I do go to the hospital there’s something wrong I have all my hospital paperwork to prove this. I can understand if me and my family are calling the fire department for no reason but my life is at risk every time I pass out. I should not be scared to call you guys out here. I took my class here for a field trip with another teacher. The firemen split them into two groups, let them tour the station, showed them how they put on their gear, each truck and what was on them, and the equipment they need when they go on a call.
