I honestly don’t know what happened. Stackers was my go to spot for a couple years now. The wings kept me coming back and the fun vibe with the karaoke and singing bartender just made it better. Tonight I am sad to say that I will not be returning. I ordered my wings like I always have, extra crispy and extra saucy. The reason I loved the wings here was because they tasted just like I make at home. They were crispy and juicy and drenched with sauce. The ranch and blue cheese were always a great addition. I’ve taken my family here and recommend Stackers to nearly everyone I know because of how lively and homey it was at the same time. But today I walked in to a sad vibe. It was almost like the life was gone. I ignored it because hey, the wings were the real reason I was there. I ordered my hot wings, mango habanero wings and lemon pepper. Of course making sure to ask for them extra crispy extra saucy. I was never given a choice between fried and grilled because in all the time I’ve been coming here. They’ve always been deep, fried and tossed in sauce. When I got my wings they were not fried but grilled and not extra crispy nor saucy. They were soggy and nothing like I had asked for. I didn’t wanna complain because hey, everyone has an off day. But after trying a couple I just couldn’t stomach eating them anymore. The ranch was like water and my fries looked like they had been cooked in dirty oil. Even the ketchup tasted off. I asked if there was a way to get the wings crispier and cooked longer and saucy the way i originally asked. I was told they could put them back on the grill but it would not make them crispy. I asked when they started grilling the wings because I had never had them grilled all the times I’d ordered. The owner came over and started telling me they always made them like that. I kept explaining that I never asked them to be grilled. He continued to say it costs more to fry them and more to add extra sauce. I never complained of the price and when it comes to my food I don’t mind paying extra as long as it’s what I want. Long story short I was given excuse after excuse of why they were cooked they way they were. Instead of them just correcting the mistake they made they left me with the wings I told them I was unhappy with and suggested I take them home and cook them longer. Needless to say I left very disappointed and sad that I lost...

We had many great memories of delicious food and it’s been about 25 yrs since we been there and were pleasantly surprised they were still there and had expanded. However much to our disappointment we were greeted by a man that barely said 2 words and was anything But welcoming!!! I ordered an ice tea and asked for sugar and he gave me these blue packs sweetener which I don’t like and said they didn’t have regular sugar! Never seen a place that didn’t have regular sugar. Then when we ordered my husband want a Philly steak sandwich and then he says No Meat!.. which he should have stated that when giving us the menus. I ordered open face turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes & gravy but the gravy was Brown gravy Not turkey gravy! I have Never had anyone put brown gravy over turkey and mashed potatoes!! Then my husband ordered a chicken sandwich that was so thick it had no flavor. We were very disappointed in both the service and food!!! Never had such unfriendly service!! I would like to go back again and try but my husband has no...

There's no other place l open this late, so I was like a glimmer of hope for a mom with an unhappy toddler... I checked into the Arizona bar laws and saw that as long as a person under 21 years of age did not order alcohol they were allowed in a bar... obviously, my 2 year old was not going to consume alcohol and this tired mom was only hoping for a minute of peace from the unhappy toddler. To add to it, the bartender kept looking at me as I paced out front, trying to tire my toddler as though I was some kind of weirdo adding to the few people staring out the window at me... this is not the first time stackers has...
