I walked into a damn near empty establishment with bad energy and the worst attitudes. I had a long week, just moved and just wanted a fill and pedicure without searching all of Phoenix for a new nail tech in my new area.

My initial (non) contact was with the Nail Tech who sits by the door. She didn't acknowledge me walking in the door until I waited 20-25 minutes. Her first question was, "What do you need?" Me: Pause out of shock that she was so rude Hello, how are you? Nail Tech: No eye contact "What do you need?" Me: Laugh out of disbelief--I need a pedicure, fill. Nail Tech: Pick out your color walks off

2nd Interaction with the young nail tech with ear gauges: Nail Tech: points at bottleUse Hand sanitizer walks away, comes back to start my fill

Other patrons walked in and they were greeted with the same horrible attitude.

When it came time to pay, I gave a $5 tip (and I was reluctant to give that). She seemed annoyed. Me: direct eye contact Change your attitude Walked out

They always talk in their language and you don’t know if they are talking about you or not the cherry on top was that the granddaughter was yelling at the grandmother for something that she did with another customer not for nothing ;

1 VERY UNPROFESSIONAL 2 VERY RUDE 3 I WOULD’VE WAITED UNTIL THE BUSINESS WAS CLOSED 4 IF MY KIDS OR MYSELF EVER SPOKE TO MY GRANDMOTHER THE WAY SHE HAD YELLED AT HER MY TEETH WOULD HAVE BEEN PUNCHED IN

I now go 1 hr away (and I live in Phoenix) to Chandler ( totally worth it) and love this place it is amazing they ALL speak ENGLISH They even have STARBUCKS COFFEE AND NON ALCOHOLIC DRINKS THEY MASSAGE YOUR FEET THE PROPER WAY AND THEY EVEN MASSAGE YOUR HANDS EVEN WHEN YOU GET A FULL SET , OR FILL SET...

Also when I got a pedicure one time I ended up with Athletes foot it was horrible never had that they are not cleaning those tubs properly

Awful. If u are trying to have professional pedi's and mani's, dont go here. First off, the lady that started with my feet didnt listen to me when I said numerous times to NOT cut any of the side of my nails. I'm a foot model so I know what I want but nope! She didnt listen to me, she just kept doing it. Granted she didnt speak English so their translator that they have, "helped", looks to be late teens and boy was she rude. They ended up moving me to 3 different seats and where they did my nail polish was in a mani seat where I had to put my feet on this lady's legs! Not good for someone who has back issues! I ended up leaving before they did my mani because it was so bad and they took over an hour to even START my pedi nail polish. They still charged me for half a mani even tho they did nothing but mess them up. Take a look for yourself....2 pics of my "supposed" mani...and then pics of my toes where the lady shaped them horribly. Not to mention I had to clean up my cuticles myself and they screwed up the nail polish...
