I can’t say enough good about this company. We knew we didn’t want to go the traditional path and list the house on the MLS where we would be stuck paying two mortgages for ages. So we called several companies out to see what they would offer us. Not only was this the highest offer we received, but when we ran into red tape during the closing process Matt was totally understanding and laid back. I rarely meet someone with this level of customer service and integrity, but I had to leave a review because I can imagine in this industry I've never met someone like him before.
