Unfortunately this place left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will not order from here again. We ordered for delivery the restaurant refunded my card for the cost of one of the meals we ordered. So what was the issue? I had called to find out why they refunded the card they said they did not have the product until right that second. Ok great please take back the refunded amount and deliver all items then. Oh No that would be too easy, I would have to order the item again pay the taxes on the food again which they didn't refund and pay another $6.99 delivery fee and again that was not part of my refund either. So let me get this straight: You want me to give you an additional $9.00 that I was already charged when I placed our order that you didn't take into consideration when refunding the amount. Just to order 1 combo meal and have it delivered with the food that is already being delivered by the same driver?? That is almost an additional $20.00 you wanted us to pay just to add a $12.25 meal that was already included in our order in the first place. You had my number before refunding the card you could of called and let us know what was going on to give us a chance to maybe order something else off the menu before refunding the $12.25 But no charging us an additional $9.00 for tax, tip & delivery made more sense to you. Read moreMy boyfriend and I dined in tonight and I'm so disappointed not only by the food but the customer service. We decided to dine in because fresh food to table is always best. When my boyfriends steak gyro arrived it was extremely soggy, he swapped garlic sauce for tzatziki sauce, what came out was a super moist and oily sandwich which was drenched onto into the bread. Their tzatziki sauce is a thick very visibly white sauce, when we asked what was on it and why it was so soggy upon opening it the cook said "what do you want me to do about it?" in the rudest way. Well first off not soggy food is a start. Also, what the hell is going on with the garlic sauce??? its bright pink and super off putting. This whole dine in experience was just a flop and we will not be returning. They did not offer to remake it and the cashier explained that the sauce is cold and the meat is extremely hot so when its placed on the sandwich then wrapped it will melt, leaving you with a soggy pita... she said "it's best to have the sauce on the side so it doesn't get soggy". seriously?? you know that my gyro will be soggy yet you chose to serve us a bad presentation for the meal. My mind is blown by how careless they were in regard to customer service and overall experience. Sadly wasted $30 for, disappointing food and a terrible customer service experience. Will travel elsewhere in the future. don't waste your time...
Read moreI placed an order on Postmates. When it arrived, it appeared that I was sent the wrong dish. I contacted the manager and explained the situation. He calmly and professionally explained that he filled the order as placed. I argued that he couldnt have, because I ordered this dish just a couple weeks ago and it did not have a pita. He explained that they dont serve that dish with being a wrap unless specifically requested. He asked what he could to make it right and offered to make the dish as I thought it came. After the call, I looked at my past order and realized that I had said "no pita" on that order. The mistake was mine. He HAD done it right. So to that manager, please accept my appology. The fact that you were willing to replace the dish-even though it wasnt your fault- spoke volumes to me about your ethics and business acumen. I am well impressed. No, I did not go and have him replace the order, as that would be dishonest of me.
