Very unhappy with a few things during our wedding. The owner showed up late to the ceremony and did not play music while my guests arrived. Then, he played the traditional organ wedding march for me to walk down the aisle to, when I had specifically said I did not want that. Again, during dinner, not playing any of the music or even style of music I told him I would like to hear until my photographer and friends went up there and told him to switch the music immediately. One of the BIGGEST ISSUES was when he was introducing the wedding party and bride and groom, (again playing the wrong songs), he got the groom's name wrong!! Had Shane with Mixx It out at an event we had planned in celebration of Veterans Day. Last minute our PA person called out sick and we didn't know what we were going to do. Spoke with Shane and he was there the next day with a sound system, microphone and helped my team set up for our event. When approached about the event, not at any point in time was I made to feel that he would not be able to help and provide great customer service. Shane has amazing customer service. I reached out to him for a DJ service on very short notice, although he wasn’t available he took the time to look for another DJ for me. He was able to find one in a timely manner but unfortunately it was not the right one for me. I would highly recommend Mix It Entertainment as he is very true to his word and a kind person.
