ATL Wings — Restaurant in Phoenix

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service at ATL Wings is downright atrocious. The staff is rude, inattentive, and completely unprofessional. I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes while employees gossiped and ignored me. When I finally got someone’s attention, they acted like taking my order was a personal inconvenience.

The food took forever to come out, and when it finally did, it was cold and looked like it had been sitting out for ages. The wings were dry, overcooked, and completely flavorless. The fries? A soggy, greasy mess.

As if that wasn’t bad enough, I witnessed how they treated an Uber Eats driver who came to pick up an order. They rolled their eyes, made sarcastic comments, and kept the poor driver waiting unnecessarily. It was embarrassing to watch, and it speaks volumes about their lack of professionalism.

No apology, no attempt to fix anything. This place is a joke. I wouldn’t recommend ATL Wings to my worst enemy. There are so many better options out there—do yourself a favor and avoid this place...

Horrible customer service, I ask them for well done and they never listen. Plus they never answer there phone.

I have to give an update on this and will probably be my last time I visit this ATL Wings location in particular.

For the 5th time they have gotten my order incorrectly and they never make the wings how I ask them to be made.

They charge extra for "extra sauce/extra wet." All 5 times I come home to some dry wings and no I'm not talking about the dry rub, I'm specifically saying the wet wings always come dry. If I pay extra for extra sauce I should be receiving extra sauce.

I have given ATL Wings multiple chances, but the inconstancy is too much at this point. It's best I take my business elsewhere.

They also "NEVER" label the wings. It's a guessing game everytime I come home, I have to figure out the flavor of the wings, because they are simply not labeled. It takes a few seconds to label the boxes. It just shows how lazy and inconsistent their staff.

I have been going to ATL wings , since the location opened in Chandler. Ive tried Thomas Rd(great wings) , Ive tried Dysart Rd, (horrible wings,they tried service) , 51st and Northern( always backed up,medicore wings,sometimes better depending on flavors ordered),107th Ave and Indian School 1st and now 2nd opening . This time @ 107th Ave the food was good after they got my fries right. The chicken remained hot while waiting for the proper fries, and all the way home , flavor , and tenderness on point . The young lady at the front wasn't friendly, or rude , just adequate. The fact that I had to ask for another batch of fries is what deducted a point , the fact that they did what I asked maintained the integrity of 4 ⭐'s. Tv's on a few different stations with sound and music overlapping , it just depends on what you like. Tables appeared clean , store was cool inside ,it's hot outside . Condiments ,straws,and cup lids, were well stocked . Hopeful this location continues...
