If I could give 10 stars, I would! Tatiana is THE BEST. Please read my nail journey below.
I started getting my nails done in high school so I’ve had every nail method imaginable. My nails always appeared thick (obviously fake) and would lift or break at or near the extension, resulting in inconvenient trips back to the nail salons for repairs. Raise your hand if someone ever used a nail extension to pop off a broken nail instead of properly removing it because it was faster/cheaper while leaving your finger aching for two days? My thoughts exactly. To make matters worse, my cuticles were always a disaster despite getting manicures every single time my nails were done. Over time, my nails became paper thin and rings of fire more evident. I’d had enough so I took my nails off and attempted the healing process.
After three months, my nails were still in shambles, but the rings of fire had at least grown out. In November 2024—after loads of research on the benefits of Russian manicures—I met Tatiana. Figuring I’d permanently destroyed my nails, I showed her my hands and she gave me optimism and hope that I could have strong, beautiful, naturally long nails and, boy, did she deliver! Within 2.5 months, my nails went from short, flimsy nails that would bleed and peel due to how terribly they’d been treated to my very own strong and long nails! My cuticles used to overgrow and tear causing hangnails. Now my cuticles are the healthiest they’ve ever been and look moisturized and well kept. Best of all: my nails look natural and will last up to six weeks without need for repairs because nothing ever breaks. In short, this is the best my nails have ever looked in my entire life.
I look forward to seeing my nail progress in the future and enjoy my time with Tatiana so much. We talk during my entire appointment and she is such a pleasure to be around. I never feel pressured or rushed and I truly enjoy my time there. She is patient and kind, gives me advice on how to take care of my hands, and meticulously and painstakingly cares for my nails.
I also get my pedicures with Tatiana as well and they last up to 8 weeks and look just as good on week 8 as the day I got my toes done!
TLDR: Tatiana is a miracle worker, cares about her clients, and my nails look the best they’ve ever looked in my entire life. Don’t hesitate and book straight away!

Read moreI've been getting pedicures with Tatiana for a few months now and the health of my toe nails have dramatically improved!
As someone who very often struggles with painful ingrown toenails, I've had SO much trouble finding solutions for the discomfort I experience while maintaining the appearance of my nails. Getting treatment from a podiatrist requires downtime and often narrows the toenails since they cut off quite a lot of the side of the nail (and sometimes use an acid to stop part of the nail from growing). Getting pedicures are always a toss up in whether my nails will be treated appropriately or not. The experience I've had at most mom-and-pop shops is that the techs dig and dig into the sidewalls of the nail, causing so much pain and leaving my toes sore. Whereas the experience I've had at the trendy, overpriced nail salons is that they ignore the ingrown nail completely and only care about the appearance of the nail without cleaning around it (which results in me having to get pedicures more often).
Tatiana keeps reminding me "I care about the health of your nails first, and the beauty of them comes second." My experience with her has been above and beyond my expectations—my toenails have never looked or felt better! There have even been a couple times that I came in after a month and we both agreed that my nails still looked fresh and could go a little longer, which is absolutely unheard of for me. I'm actually saving money going to Tatiana!
There are ways to treat ingrown toenails without medical treatment, but it requires knowledge and patience, which Tatiana has an abundance of. I have been looking for a nail technician that knows how to treat ingrown toenails for sooo long and am so excited to have finally found someone!
The cherry on top is that she's also incredibly funny and sweet. I always look forward to my appointments with her and hearing about her experiences transitioning from working in corporate finance to getting trained in e-file/dry pedicures and becoming a business owner. Tatiana is...
Read moreI am soooooooooo disappointed in the service I received. I’ve been seeing Russian pedis on IG and TikTok so I was super excited to try it out. Now let me start by saying the pedicure ITSELF was nice. Very relaxing and my feet were so incredibly soft afterwards I was truly amazed. I thought it was a little strange that there wasn’t a foot soak or massage for a $100 pedi but whatever all good! The reason why I gave this place two stars is because of the actual nail painting job. I asked for a french tip exactly like how my nails are in the picture I attached. So, ladies, we all know a french tip starts with a translucent pink base, right? Tell me why the base she used was just a normal solid pink gel polish. I kept trying to politely explain that that was not the look I wanted and she just wasn’t getting it. She was very obviously new to doing nails. So whatever I said the pink is fine let’s get into this French tip. Now remember my reference pic!!! She did the thinnest straight line possible, I had to correct her more than three times. I was so upset because I was getting this done for my birthday and it was nothing like I planned. The gel was so lumpy and just an awful application. I ended up telling her to just paint them all white. She looks at her watch and said “I have another client coming in 10 minutes” as if that is my problem. So she proceeds to paint white gel over the lumpy pink OMG!!! I wanted to cry because it was a “treat yoself” gift for my bday and she ruined it. I paid $100 for a look I didn’t want. Every time I look at my toes I get infuriated. Thank you for ruining my birthday look Tat’s Nails!!!
Also for context: I didn’t get my mani at Tat’s. I like my pink base to be a bit more dark pink translucent because I’m a black girl and color theory exists. Thank you for reading...
