I will start off by saying my cuticles are the cleanest they’ve ever been and I was planning on this being my new spot and coming here regularly. The price didn’t bother me if my nails were lasting 4-6 weeks.

I did NOT ask for a gel extension & it was my first time here so I was not sure what was going on. If I knew that’s what was happening I would’ve stopped her but at first it seemed like she was going to shape all my nails that way.

My thumbs are completely different sizes because of the nail extension that I didn’t even ask for so I was genuinely shocked when I got to checkout and there was a surprise $32 charge. $12 for the nail extension and $20 for a no chip charge of some kind.

When you book the pedicure it says “No-Chip Smart Technology Pedicure with Cuticle Perfection” why is there an additional $20 charge for no chip when the pedicure says it’s no chip already?

If there’s extra fees it needs to be communicated so I can agree or disagree!! They’re just doing things I don’t even want or that are supposedly included in the service and charging me for it.

I really wanted to come back here on a regular basis but I am absolutely stunned. I wouldn’t have even minded the gel extension charge if my nails all looked the same but she did it without me asking for it and it looks BAD.

So so so upset at this experience I did not tip and I cancelled my next appointment.

5 days later my nail extension I DIDNT ASK FOR...

This salon ruined my healthy long natural nails. Refuse to take any responsibility and ghosted my messages and emails

After my appointment, where my nails were excessively filed and severely damaged, I contacted the salon the very next day. The response I received was both shocking and dismissive. The manager stated, "We are not able to offer refunds after such a long time." It had only been one day since the service – an absurd response.

This incident has left me in continuous pain, facing months for my nails to heal. The salon's lack of professionalism escalated when I sought a refund, as their “free fix” wouldn’t fix anything. Ladies, if your nails are shaved down, unfortunately adding more gel or extensions is only going to make the damage worst. You have to wait for them to grow out and take biotin. Due to that reason, I requested a refund.

After directing me to their corporate office, they have completely ignored my repeated follow-ups. Any semblance of responsibility or customer care has been non-existent. Now, they are ignoring me over text as well. I strongly advise against going here. Their treatment of customers, evident in both the damaging service and the subsequent handling of complaints, is unacceptable. They not only inflicted physical harm but also showed a total lack of empathy and customer service ethics. If anyone has ever had weak shaved down nails, you know the pain. I also work in the healthcare field so my hands are...

Got a gel overlay mani (russian/ukranian/eastern european mani) which I’ve been getting for years but my usual tech is out sick so I decided to try this new salon out. The salon is super cute, clean, and easy to find! But my tech wasn’t really social, very soft spoken which made it difficult to understand her and was visually frustrated at times which made me anxious. I think we exchanged a total of 40 words which was boring but not bad, not everyone wants to chat and form relationships or whatever. What ruined my experience was the 3 separate cuts on my cuticles which hurt horribly and again I have been getting this style manicure for years and I’ve never been nicked more than once.. usually doesn’t happen at all and never has it hurt so bad. Had to slather Neosporin on my cuticles to make the pain go away 🥺 Hopefully everything was properly sterilized. Its been a few days and my nail still hurts. The cost for this service was $80 plus extra $20+ for design and tip which is about the going rate for this service in the area. Min tip is 15% and there is no option to pick the amount yourself which was frustrating. Had high hopes but don’t know if ill be returning maybe if I have no other option Ill give a different...

Posting in behalf of my sister who is getting married tomorrow and is currently nearly in angry tears about this. She was in shock at the time she left the salon and didn’t feel like she could say anything at the time. The first picture is the reference photo she provided to the salon when she came in, and they said no problem we can do that. When it finally came to putting on the gems, they didn’t have black, which is what she indicated she wanted from the beginning. This was two hours into the appointment at this time, she settled for the silver ones because it was well-past the point of no return. They should have said they didn’t have black to start with. The rest of the picture are her nails. They were absolutely brutal to her cuticles (you can see where skin is torn and inflamed), and the gems they did put on are not centered or clean. It’s wonky and misaligned. This is not what you would expect for $250+, or for special event nails. Not forthcoming about what they could do, and did a subpar job of doing it, and at an exorbitant price on top of that. If it had been quality work true to the desired design, it would be justified. But neither of those things apply.

I went in today with long, healthy nails and walked out with short stubby, yellow nails. The girl was very rude, literally rolling her eyes and sighing/scoffing at everything I said or asked. I showed her the color I wanted (a unicorn chrome), though I didn’t know how to achieve it because it was my first time. She said she didn’t think she had anything that could get me that color. However I just looked through their pictures on Google and saw at LEAST 3 with the unicorn chrome I wanted. What I got was white with a semi-iridescent sheen and they look yellow in the light. Just awful. I also asked to keep the length of my nails as I had been growing them out for quite some time and was so excited to finally have long, healthy, natural nails. She filed them all down. I’m devastated. She had zero patience nor tolerance for me being new there and not knowing certain things. She was reluctant to help me with anything, it seemed. I’m so so disappointed and leave for 2.5 weeks tomorrow. I now have to get them redone before I leave, which will set not only my wallet but also the health of my nails back. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
