I’ve searched forrverrrrr to find a salon I can commit to as my permanent place. I mean forever. My mom was an amazing hairstylist and the only one to touch my hair my entire life. Needless to say I’m very picky since losing her years ago. I also feel I have challenging hair to deal with. It takes an expert. I’ve had so many bad experiences with stylists who just don’t have the experience and extensive training and talent that I was used to. Well…. The search is finally over. I went in on Valentine’s Day to treat myself to new hair so I could feel good when going out that night. And W O W!!!! Sadie and Ronaldo have my hair looking better than it has in years. Not only did I leave feeling “good”, I left feeling absolutely beautiful and it’s been awhile since I’ve felt like that. It’s been almost two weeks and I haven’t been disappointed or found anything wrong with my hair. Sometimes you leave a salon happy but later realize your hair is damaged your cut is not so great. Nope. Not at Union Hair Co. My hair looks and feels as good as it did when I left the salon. My blonde is beautifully vibrant and has zero damage (thank you, Sadie) and my cut is absolute perfection as well (thank you Ronaldo). I know my mom is looking down smiling proudly that her baby girl found someone (well two people!) that knows what they’re doing!!! Thank you both sooooo much! You’ve given me a confidence in myself that has been missing for a long time. People underestimate the difference hair makes in how you look and feel. Also, I must add I didn’t have sticker shock or buyer’s remorse after paying. The price was really reasonable and a great value. I actually had money left over to buy their in-house products they make themselves- which I might add are also amazing and a great value for the price. Added bonus: they let me know they had them but there was zero pressure to buy anything, unlike most salons. One more thing- I was in and out faster than I imagined. Not that they didn’t take their time (I wasn’t rushed or anything), but because they truly know what they’re doing, whereas other places I’ve been took up my whole day trying to get my hair right. Oh- and the shampoo girl gave the most relaxing treatment when washing my color out. I nearly fell asleep…. Ultimately , as you can tell, I’m beyond satisfied in every way possible. I went to this place second time since I wanted my hair more platinum blond. Upon consultation with Sadie she did tell me that it will take couple of treatments till I got the color I wanted. I already had some platinum highlights in but my hair is very stubborn to get to that platinum color. I went to see her and she basically ruined my hair. She bleached it and the hair color came out almost orange color. I told her that I didn’t like the way it looked but she ignored me completely and left the salon. I still was in there for three hours straight and my hair isn’t even that long shoulder length. Her husband tried to make the situation better but he styled my hair like we live in the 70’s. What an amazing salon! I came into the salon desperately needing a change. From the front desk to the assistants to both of the stylists that I saw, my experience was fantastic. Ronaldo & Sadie really know how to wow their clientele. Sadie was my colorist and she was absolutely amazing. She took her time and really perfected my color. Coming in, my hair was damaged and brassy but leaving Sadie's chair my hair felt brightened and healthy with the exact color and tone I requested. Ronaldo cut my hair and I absolutely love It! He took time to discuss hairstyles that complemented my face and fit my lifestyle and recommended a brilliant cut. It is one of the best cuts I have ever received!
