Chill Water + Ice Cream — Restaurant in Phoenix

Such a disappointment we came in here for the first time since we heard the icecream is great as soon as we walked in which was 6:38pm the girl eidy or heidy immediately had an attitude was trowing stuff around as we were ordering.My son ordered a shaved ice and she rolled her eyes at my son I didn’t say much than my daughter ordered an ice cream and she did the same mocking her lips as well again I stayed quiet!!!!and when it came to me ordering my icecream which I order strawberry and banana she immediately made a face which was 6:40 she told me to know that next time I needed to come in earlier because they closed at 7 and the ice cream bar closes at 6:40 so I told her to forget abt my icecream and I just asked to pay for my kids things she immediately knew she messed up because she said the things were free and I said no that I wanted to pay for my stuff which she replied no it’s fine and again I said no I want to pay for my things… such a disappointment to come in wd your kids and to be discriminated because you’re Hispanic I will never back to this place it’s sad to see how a business reputation can be ruined by an employee.. remember because of us customers you have a job heidy and because of us customers you...

I must say, many places you go to for any kind of service does not offer what this location did. I was greeted by the only worker in the building at the time, Austin, who truly went above and beyond to assist.

I came in to stock up and fill 10 bottles of 5 gallon waters. Austin asked me numerous times if I need help unloading from the car, filling the waters and then loading. You can tell from his charisma and attitude he truly cares and enjoys assisting others and providing top tier service.

Though this review may seem far fetched, I cannot express how important it is to get great service from simply being kind and smiling. I had a short conversation with Austin and if he’s not a manager or is yet to be promoted, now is the time.

Ask yourselves when you go to another Water and Ice, will I get the care of service and quality of what i’m buying elsewhere? If not, you’re going to the wrong place.

Since the new owner took over, the place has been providing awesome customer service and they handle the cleaning and filling of all water containers. I love that he’s very courteous and exhibiting care in place of this c19 using gloves and keeping the place clean. My kids love going for the ice cream and it’s our favorite place for getting our ice. We do practice safe distance and use gloves and masks as well. I only let my kids out once in a rare time and that’s to get Ice cream. I love this place and will continue telling our neighbors and friends. Thank you for your great care and service. ...
