Please please do not come to this Popeyes. Shame on the management and owner for not having better service and employees, especially management. First off every time I go here the order is ALWAYS wrong. They never give you your correct food and when you inquire about it, it's a problem. The management is rude and unprofessional. I have never in my life encountered such bad management at any restaurant, fast food establishment etc. and I have traveled around the world! I went through the drive through today with my children. Orderd our food. Checked it and as always was missing food. When I brought it to the managers attention she told me I was wrong and she knows what I ordered because she took the order. I said no I was very clear when I ordered chicken tenders. She then told me if I wanted my chicken or a refund I had to park my car and come inside and closed the window on me. I have an infant in the car and did not want to bring her inside so I honked hoping she'd come back to the window. She looked at me and walked off. I honked again. She ignored. So I had my other daughter go inside (I did not want a refund, just my chicken). She refused to help my daughter once inside because she said I needed to come inside and nobody else. My daughter came out and told me this. So I had to park my car and now go inside. Once inside I asked for her name so I could report her to corporate. She refused. I asked again. She told me she didn't need to give me shit. So I informed her I would take a picture so I would know what the store location is and who the manager is (by the way she also refused to give me my receipt which has the store location number) when I took my phone out she decided to throw cups at me. I will post the picture of her throwing items at me. I will be honest, I was cordial and polite until this point when I now gave her a piece of my mind as well. Where on earth do manager's behave like this? Make you get out of your car for food you paid for already and purposely went through a drive through for a reason, refuse your food, refuse your money back (at this point I wanted my money back since I wasn't getting my food and she refused $50 is bot cheap to be wasted!), refuse to give you your receipt, refuse to give their name even as a manager, throw merchandise at you, and then yell at your kids too!? Where is this acceptable!? Please stay away from this location. It does not care about their customers. They will take your money. And are willing to abuse their customers....

I go into this location to dine in and see that the staff is flooded with orders— understandable
However, the fact that me and others waited 5-10min prior to ANYONE attending any of the 3-6 people that were ordering inside/ walking in
Not a “hello” or a “we’ll be with you in a bit sorry” nothing
The manager even walks towards the front this young lady and goes to bathroom while I’m in line and doesn’t even say a thing to anyone
Doesn’t help with the line since no one is at the register up front until a lady behind me complains as she also acknowledges the unprofessionalism
Somehow there are 5-6 staff working, prepping, etc but not one person sees anything wrong?
Like I get it, I used to have a food truck before when you get bombarded with orders longer wait times are expected
But having the manager walk through the store from who knows where in the back and not saying a thing— straight to bathroom
Without addressing staff or acknowledging how unprofessional the customer service is
Is just simply insane coming from Popeyes
(Btw no music complete silence in the store)
So tense, idk who trained this store but we are all in the matrix trying to provide for ourselves and our families
If you gana work somewhere atleast do the bare minimum and have some common sense

Fight for that manager/assistant manager job cause clearly this store is being so poorly managed

Read moreI’m not one to call corporate or even complain at all. I’ve worked fast food plenty of times and the service was terrible from the moment we approached the drive through. The kid kept pressing us for our order, and was speaking extremely low. We ordered a three piece chicken tender, with fries and a strawberry lemonade. We also order a 3 pc chicken combo with fries and a dr. Pepper, and a spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a dr. Pepper. Both the sodas taste flat. They gave us a four piece with all thighs (non spicy) and no fries, the chicken sandwich wasn’t spicy and just had chicken and bread and also didn’t have French fries. We some how had mashed potatoes that we didn’t order. The kid who took our payment easily had our card in his hand for over 3 minutes when normally it takes less then a minute to swipe the card to finish the transaction. There was no rush. There were a total of five people. 2 inside the restaurant and 3 in the drive through. They took over 15 minutes and the kid in the drive through seemed like he was on drugs and couldn’t comprehend anything we were saying. Please hire people who care about there jobs. Not everyone can just waste money on a meal they didn’t like. Highly highly disappointed. You can tell the kids in there are just there to collect a check. Very sad.
