I reached out and left a voicemail regarding a lash fill and was texted by Priscilla. She went over timing and details and sent me a link to review the types and cost. I've had my lashes done for over 10 years now and I'm only looking locally because I'm here for work. We got down to the point of confirming the type and cost at which time she finally decided to mention she charges almost 50% of the lash fill fee, in addition to her regular price, because I've had my lashes done elsewhere. This is like getting your nails done at one place and the next place charging you almost double because you went somewhere else before. It also seemed odd that she waited until the last absolute detail to mention this at which time I canceled. Before you book a fill, I would definitely ask her about the "foreign fee".

Update - the owner seems to have missed the point in her response. I didn't mind being charged a fee for a foreign fill but the fact that the owner tried to charge almost half the price of the entire fill and neglected to mention this until every other detail had been discussed is extremely off-putting. She put that information off until the last second for a reason. She can keep her attitude. Maybe if the owner made her foreign fill fee comprable to her competitors, she would have more business. And make sure you give her details on the length using her verbiage only. Somehow other lash artists can look at what's existing and a given the millimeter length desired, somehow seem to make fills much less complicated than this owner does. Take it from someone who's gotten lashes for 15 years in several different states before this owner was ever involved in...

Priscilla does the best lashes! I have been a customer for many years and she has never left me down I always get compliments on how real and how good my lashes always look. Priscilla has also became a friend and we will talk,laugh, or I will take a nap lol no matter what I do I always leave looking good lol. I have also seen her other work and it is beautiful I had never seen lashes like she has done them. I refuse to go to any other person you will not be dissatisfied. Another important thing is that Priscilla never says no when you request an appointment she always works with you to get you in. I think she does a great job and she is always looking to better herself and learn new techniques. Thanks Priscilla we love what you do to help us look good! Oh one more thing my lashes have lasted more than 2 months and they looked good...

I'd give this lady 100 stars if I could. If you are like me, a person that is not current with the latest beauty trends, then this is your place. I knew I wanted lashes and my face to look flawless without make-up but didn't know how to go about it. Pri @ Velvet beauty figured it out for me. I told her what i wanted and she figured out my style by simply just listening. My lashes last for weeks and weeks (and trust me when i tell you that they LAST!) and my face looks smooth enough for me to wake up, wash my face, AND my lashes (thanks again to Pri/VB for all the tips), and im out the door looking F-A-B! NO MAKE-UP needed! A thousand times...
