The service department specifically Pam and Gordon are not proactive leaders. They had my 2022 GMC for a month due to lack of availability for the part. That itself isn't the problem. The problem is that when I'd check the status of the vehicle, they'd have to "check". If I had a vehicle that long, I'd be more proactive and ask for a status from the Techs, Parts or whoever before a customer calls. Basically just know the vehicle status, which they never did. When the parts manager explained and was very knowledgeable and sincere about the issue and alternatives, I was appreciative of his efforts. When the Parts manager mentioned a program for vehicles there for more than 30 days, Gordon explained the steps for that to happen but never once brought it up before or after that. He mentioned everything he'd have to do as if it was too much work to do it. The communication between Pam, Gordon and other to include myself could've been a lot better. When a customer is having an issue with a new vehicle, which does happen. They need to act accordingly and put forth the utmost effort to get the problem fixed. After speaking to the service department, I was interested in purchasing another vehicle so that I'd have reliable transportation for the price I was paying for the truck and since the part was unavailable. The Finance guy Ricky Arnaud gave me the biggest line of BS. They could only give me $50,000 for truck that I purchased there less than 7 months prior financing 74,990 because it was inoperable in the shop. It was in the shop due to engine failure that was a GM problem. Not something I caused. He stated that and that I'd have to put down 10,000 to get out of the current vehicle. The way he handled that was unprofessional. I have purchased a vehicle there prior to this one and never had issues with the salesman or finance personnel. Customer service doesn't stop when you purchase the new vehicle from the dealer. We pay another for vehicles and should issues arise. They need to be dealt with in a timely manner and the customer shouldn't be given a line of Bs to ease the situation. The loaner vehicles were helpful, however it became an inconvenience again when I had to return the vehicle or they'd come swap it out because it sold. I'd probably use one that wasn't a fleet truck. Overall, I'd say the Service Reps and Manager need to be in the know more, improve communication and be...
Read moreDo yourself a favor and do not get your vehicle serviced here. Had my front end aligned and when I left my steering wheel was turned to the right while I was driving straight. Brought the Truck back immediately and they told me they got the alignment “closer“. And the steering wheel was then straight. 2000 miles later my front tires were ruined from an improper alignment and the truck was hard to keep on the road. Returned my truck to have a proper alignment. After service they showed me the Alignment sheet where the numbers were highlighted in red, indicating that the alignment was wrong. Again told me it was “closer”. So after ruining my tires (picture showing the outer tread 4k miles after rotation), then giving me a second improper alignment. They charged me full price for both wrong alignments. Told me that my tires were were affecting their ability to align my truck. Which doesn’t have anything to do with it (fact not opinion) How can a truck in perfect condition that has never been wrecked or abused not be able to be aligned?? A FRONT END ALIGNMENT IS SUPPOSED TO PUT THE FRONT END IN ALIGNMENT. The service department is incompetent and unprofessional. I will not be returning for another vehicle purchase, nor to even have my tires aired up there. They’ll sell you a $70,000 vehicle then ruin it! I’ll be telling all of my local GM owners about this and attempt to save the next person from what I went through. ** Update: I brought my truck to a different shop for alignment. After putting on allignment machine they told me that the front end was aligned to the specs of a non-AT4 sub model Sierra. (Sierra without factory 2inch lift) my truck is clearly an AT4. So obviously Mossy has technicians working the alignment machine who overlook simple yet crucial details. I compared alignment print outs from the 2 alignments I purchased from mossy and sure enough they aligned it the same way 2 separate times and both times telling me “ we got it as close as we could” lol . So I have ruined 4 tires, and paid to have my truck UN ALIGNED 2 times and have us to have my tires rebalanced multiple times due to improper wear. MOSSY HAS DONE NOTHING TO RECTIFY SCAMMING ME 400+ DOLLARS IN IMPROPER ALIGNMENTS. If I could update with less...
Read moreSite Visit Saturday 8/26/23 First off, I rarely leave reviews good or bad. But this place deserves one! Absolute worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. I’ve had a lot, and all positive until now. Credit where credit is due. The young man, Bradly that showed me a few trucks was professional, and polite. Great experience with him. I hope he does well!
The Sales manager that came to execute the deal. His sales tactics was way off the rails! I was not about to tolerate, pushy and rude. He was vomiting at the mouth with criticism on my trade, not even giving me an opportunity to comment. Was not business like, the vibe was more like “you’re an idiot for not taking my offer.” Either way he picked the wrong sales tactic for me. It ended with me informing them there would be no deal today and me walking out. I was disappointed enough with the lack of professionalism from this sales manager that it landed me here to invest the time to write a review. I hope it helps others!
A bigger concern to discussed here is the complete scam of them charging hundreds of dollars for etching! Please google it for yourself before you pay them for it. And if anyone has already paid them you should actually ask for a refund. Do your research and you’ll figure out how to get your money back. The online list price was spot on, top of the list on CarGurus! Their scandalous fees that are not included in their online price is how they get there! Future customers pay close attention to the Auto Bulter & Etching, my opinion they're unethical dealer fees with insane profits built in. Very misleading to call it a value add on the work sheet.
Dealership, please do not comment with your phone number offering to make it right with me. You can Make it right by improving your business ethics, showing customers respect and coaching your sales management team members to function with more integrity. I really do hope this review doesn’t cause this dealership to lose a single customer, I would much rather see them take this as constructive criticism and improve. Good luck to this business, and to its...
